I work in "the field" of monetizing viral shit, similar to Jukin Media etc. Basically his video went viral enough that an agency wanted to monetize him, and so he has subsequently been filmed in similar public confrontations (he had been doing this already beforehand but it became contractual following the Bagel Boss incident.)
Now you can see on Twitter that he posts calculated inflammatory tweets at people more popular than him, gets more momentum off it and then will release a particular YouTube video in the heat of that altercation.
I don't know how much of his social media presence is actually him and how much is his agent using his account, but he's playing the game well either way.
