WW season 2 was definitely some of the worst television I have seen since season 8 of Dexter, but it was fun to laugh at. Also, it gave us probably the worst scene in television history that even GoT has a tough time rivaling, so I'm grateful for that.

Currently watching Westworld here, at S01E05. It's not great, but not bad either. I give it a 6/10 so far. I have to make an actual effort to watch it, which isn't a good sign.

For me, watching Westworld is a very different experience from watching Game of Thrones, which I've just finished. I couldn't get enough of it. It's so good, like a magnet making me come back to the screen and stay there all freaking day, hungry for each next episode. Game of Thrones has amazing story and is very addictive for me.

Also have recently watched Better Than Us, a russian show based on AI and helper robots which has many similarities with Westworld, but is a way better series in my opinion: easily an 8/10. Arisa is life.

I don't see Westworld being a memorable show in my backlog. I will just finish it up to season 2 out of respect for the great effort they've put in, but it's unlikely I'll watch season 3 when it comes out.

The Dolores + Man in Black story is not bad, and the actual ending should have been absolutely it, seasons 2 was not required.
The Maeve stuff and the inept Delos techs were pretty bad.
S2 is absolute ass tier, the exceptions of the Man in Black and Indian episodes aside, which are only okay in isolation, but all the other S2 eps are so fucking bad they stand out as of some quality.

Season 1 was already shit. Literally one of those shows made for two-digit IQ pleb who wants to feel like three-digit IQ pleb. Season 2 didn't even try.

In general I can't stand the trend in modern sci-fi movies and TV to portray any character that isn't the protagonist as an arrogant, self-serving asshole. Bad but shit like William, Bernard, Ford, and the Delos son and father kept me interested as well as some non-linear stuff. I've watched the scene with Logan and his father in s2 finale a few times when drunk as hell, probably cause of the asethetic and my own shit relationship with my father.

This, I was borderline forcing myself to watch season 1. I actually dropped it 15 minutes before the end of the last ep of the season when Dolores said “I’m not cryin for me... I’m cryin for you” because the line was so generic and bad that I was actually offended and turned it off.

My favorite thing about this show is Maeve's nipples. They are big, fat and pointy. I get a stiffy every time they get on screen.
