Everything that isn't a deliberate disaster is better than shit-wars these days. What's really special is that AoR actually stands up well compared to the original, with a similarly high standard of quality put into world design, characters, voice acting, puppetry and animatronics. The fact that they're devoted to the continuous expense of building and maintaining complex puppets for multiple seasons of a TV show is also praise worthy.

it isnt because of netflix its because the people in control of the IP actually give a shit about it. nu wars is terrible because the people running the show are using the IP as a platform for their wokeness and most likely hate the actual franchise and OT.
