You have to be really psychologically healthy to keep good boundaries with the internet as an e-celeb. He's obviously never been psychologically healthy. It was a facade he could keep up when things were going well for his channel and he wasn't getting much negative push back.

An example of something psychologically healthy and an e-celeb would be pewdiepie. It's astonishing how sane he is while being so rich and famous.
