currently on season 4 episode 5 of this shit. After three great seasons, suddenly a streak of bad episodes, and they keep getting worse and worse. What the fuck happened? Did they run out of ideas? was this season filmed it a rush?
episode 5 has been the worst so far. David could've easily escaped or even taken the guy's gun so many times. The guy got out of the van first not once, but THREE times, and instead of driving the fuck out of there he just gets out of the van and follows orders.
Even the most gullible sheltered gay kid wouldn't be this retarded in real life. What's even the point of this episode? is this entire season like this? should I just skip to season 5?

It's okay the last season makes up for it all.

>David could've easily escaped or even taken the guy's gun so many times

He's a figurative and literal fag you seriously expect him to go badass on him?

no, but he could've just driven away while screaming like a faggot, especially the when the guy gets out of the van complaining about corpse farts

btw should I just skip to season 5 or continue watching in order?

I guess the way I watched it caused me to not mind the kidnapping episode, which everyone here seems to complain about.
But yeah it gets pretty annoying near the end

You do realise that IRL guns can be fired and hit you from a distance as you attempt to run away right?

That is an excellent standalone episode.

>that ending where Nate cries in his car after finally finding his dead GFs body

>hit you from a distance as you attempt to run away right?
it's almost impossible for an untrained person to shoot at someone driving a vehicle, let alone a van, with a revolver. I'd take the risk, anyone would

I forget to watch this show every year
This gilmore girls, pretty little liars and the west wing, i wonder if i'll ever finish them

>the west wing
that show is what politicians should be, if you want something more real watch Veep, it's what politicians actually are (some of them have even admitted it's the most realistic portrayal of them)

Who says the guy is untrained? He is a professional criminal presumably. He could be ex military, he seems like enough of a sociopath for that.

If the guy was standing off to the left a little, then even an untrained civilian could turn instantly and fire a wild shot at the driver window and score a hit. Stupid semantics.

Even if the assailant had no shot to take, an ordinary person can easily go into shock when threatened with death, and not react normally. Even more so after smoking crack for the first time. Taking the drugs with him also created a twisted kind of stockholm bond with the guy, which is part of what makes the episode interesting. Note David says he will think about it when the guy says he has nothing later and asks David to visit him in prison, even if he probably doesn't mean it.

It got less about the funeral home and how death affects the characters and the soap opera tier melodrama.

>Who says the guy is untrained? He is a professional criminal presumably. He could be ex military, he seems like enough of a sociopath for that.
what are the chances that this deranged young man is military trained enough? """professional""" criminals are terrible with guns. You'd seriously rather risk being stuck with an insane liar with a gun until you're at his mercy than try to run away?
>If the guy was standing off to the left a little
the criminal got out of the van and to the back before david even opened his door.
>an ordinary person can easily go into shock when threatened with death, and not react normally
I get that, but when he escaped the ropes and pushed the criminal to the ground even the most shocked person would instantly think "take gun, run, call police"
he did nothing. I'm starting to think he didn't escape just for the chance of having his dick sucked considering all the fantasies he had WHILE BEING HELD AT GUNPOINT, which is terrible writing, not even the sluttiest person could be that retarded

Stick with it.

Season Finale is KINO as KINO can be.

Filler: the show
Still worth watching

yeah the intro deaths don't even have any relation to the episodes anymore

I feel dumberer for actually having read all that. You blow your father with that mouth?

>all that
my reply was shorter than yours. Is reading hard for you?
>You blow your father with that mouth?
what the fuck are you on about you edgelord faggot

I wasn't going on about people harbouring secret fantasies about being violently kidnapped, threatened with death and secretly desiring it and getting off on it.

Only a true edgelord incel basement emperor would believe that shit. Go outside.

>I wasn't going on about people harbouring secret fantasies about being violently kidnapped, threatened with death and secretly desiring it and getting off on it.
did you even watch the episode? It's exactly what it implies. He imagines getting his dick sucked when he lets him in at first, and then two other times when the guy is revealed to be an insane criminal. Re-read my post, I even said it was terrible writing. I don't agree with that being realistic, the show is making david out to be a massive dick hungry whore just because he's gay, which isn't realistic at all.
>Only a true edgelord incel basement emperor would believe that shit.
that's my point, and why I hate this episode.

Yeah okay, I forgot the second scene you mentioned. I think you are misinterpreting it though.

Ever stood next to a high window and imagined pushing the person next to you out of it or jumping yourself? Your brain conjures up the worst thing or the most unimaginable thing at times, sometimes at odd times. I think that is what they were going for. Shock imagery, the show was always showing warped and corrupted scenes of what would be the norm.

It also subverts the path of the plot. You are not sure for a second if it is really happening or a fantasy.
