Spider-Man 2 or The Dark Knight?
Superman Returns
TDK is complex, but SM2 has a better all around vibe.
or
Spider-man is miles better. Both the first one and second one, and even the third one. I found the Dark Knight to be a heavily overrated reddit garbage, no doubt because of Heath Ledger's premature death.
Spider-Man 2 being better than The Dark Knight is comical. It's not even better than X-2.
mcu or die
Spiderman 2 easily
The Dark Knight doesn't have anything on par with that scene where Aunt May talks about how there's a Hitler in all of us to try to get Peter to take up the mantle of Spider-Man again.
I never cared for Raimi's Spider-Man.
Buzzword, buzzword, buzzword, I prefer a worse story in every way.
idiot dumbass
Spider-Man 2 is better but we shouldn't be comparing them to begin with because they're two completely different movies with completely different goals
>completely different goals
retard
Both
Idiot dumbass. Imagine, "NO MORE DEAD COPS!" Now imagine it stretched across an entire movie. Comparing the TDK series to the Raimi Spider-Man movies is an insult to the former. It's truly embarrassing.
>I prefer a worse story in every way.
Let's see:
>Bale's retarded voice
>Heath Ledger's meh performance
>the horrible choreography or Batman's fighting skills
>The Jokester's absurd machinations throughout the film (how did none of those gangsters just shoot him, for starters, is beyond me)
>Two Face forceful shoehorn into the movie/ Dent's ridiculous turn from an incorruptible good to a corruptible on by the mastermind named Jokester who fucking killed his girlfriend
>Two Face was also a whiny cunt and not intimidating at all.
>"Hello beautiful"
>no chemistry, no real emotional scene of any kind in the movie
>Bale phoning it in performance (a complete cardboard throughout the whole movie)
It's an overrated as shit movie. No wonder it's 3rd on IMDB when morons like you exist. If Heath Ledger never died, it would have been a small footnote as it should have been.
>Spider-Man 2 is better
In which way? Absolutely everyone except Aunt May is a cunt to Peter which gives strong asshole vibes and doesn't really sell the idea of saving people very well.
Villain suffers from Gollum syndrome (again) and very conveniently kills himself (again) in the end to give the hero a crisp-clean ending.
Oh, and that horrific relationship with MJ, that horrible bait-and-switch selfish cunt really elevates the movie because she had wet nipples in the first one lmao.
>If Heath Ledger never died,
>Extracontextual trivia somehow affects how people perceive the character on screen
Yep, that's a brainlet's post.
They absolutely do, fag. Brandon Lee and the Crow was the same thing. Pretty much any death of an actor while making a movie or during it is hailed as the best thing ever. Evey single time.
I, and I presume the majority of other people, didn't even know that Ledger OD'ed. And if they did, I don't know why they would care.
>This movie is a real turd, but villain's druggie actor killed himself so it must be a hit
I honestly don't understand your retard ways.
>I, and I presume the majority of other people, didn't even know that Ledger OD'ed. And if they did, I don't know why they would care.
are you serious right now? I can't tell anymore if you're joking or legitimately retarded.
I suppose it's really hard for you, my autistic meme-sprouting drone, to process, but people like and rewatch TDK for the character and his scenes, not actor's bio. I don't think there's point in continuing.
>TDK is complex
Is this really what capeshitters believe? Tell me this is a joke, you can't be that retarded to think that TDK is a complex film.
>but people like and rewatch TDK for the character and his scenes, not actor's bio. I don't think there's point in continuing.
People also like to rewatch Marvel movies, doesn't mean they are good. I'm also talking about the initial impression of the movie and the Joker specifically, not the "rewatches" which I'm sure you're lying about. Where you even born back then? It's funny that you refuse to acknowledge these simple stuff and how much Ledger's death propelled the movie into the spotlight. It was what everyone was talking about before the movie was released.
Spider-man 2 is just a remake of Spider-man.
>Heath Ledger's meh performance
Stopped right there, based retard.
>wanna know how I got deeeez scaars?
>heh hah hah heh hah hah
It was the equivalent of the "im da jokah baby". Considering that the rest of the cast was even worse, then I guess he was kind of a step above them. I'll give you that one.
>People also like to rewatch Marvel movies, doesn't mean they are good.
Irony is lost on you, ain't it, fella?
>Where you even born back then?
I'm 24, the first time I watched the TDK was in 2010-ish, I also hadn't watched much capeshit at all.
>not the "rewatches" which I'm sure you're lying about
K tard.
>Irony is lost on you, ain't it, fella?
Now I know you're legitimately retarded. Sorry to have been so hard to you. Let me just ask you one simple thing:
>I'm 24, the first time I watched the TDK was in 2010-ish, I also hadn't watched much capeshit at all.
What did you like about the Dark Knight?
Better ask your absentee mother about your condition.
It's not very healthy to project onto others, you brain damaged monkey.
Better start another thread about Uncle Ben's fried rice, it might help.
I personally consider both 9/10s desu. I gotta Spiderman out of pure enjoyment.
Joker
a gunshot to the head. i can’t choose
SM2 is a movie. TDK is a film. Doesn't make sense to compare them because they aspire to different goals.
Spider-Man was pretty good and overall the better movie, but was the scene where Peter locks all the doors of the synagogue from the outside and sets it on fire necessary?
Spider-Man 2 does not hold up. It was good for it's time, though.
This
TDK isn't even better than Begins to being with
this
Raimi-Man 2 over The Edge Knight and pretty much every other cape movie any day.
