Here we go: 1 - The Wolf of Wall Street. 2 - GoodFellas 3 - Taxi Driver 4 - The Departed 5 - Casino 6 - Shutter Island 7 - Raging Bull 8 - The King of Comedy 9 - The Aviator 10 - After Hours

Jayden Rodriguez
Not After Hours or any of his comedies for that matter. Fucking trash.
Kevin Green
>3. Age of Innocence Seriously ? (not that it's a bad film or anything but still..)
William Gray
1. Shark Tales
Thomas Powell
>1 - Joker >2 - GoodFellas >3 - The Wolf of Wall Street >4- Casino >5- The Departed >6- The King of Comedy
Fixed that for you
Gabriel Russell
>AAAAAAAAAND THE REST DON'T MATTER Explain yourself. Are you saying that the rest of his filmography is garbage ?
Isaiah Reyes
- Joker directed by Todd Phillips
Chase Russell
1 - The Color of Money (great conceptual overview, entertaining and less reliant on high-life or low-life characters) 2 - Goodfellas (Liotta's narration sells it) 3 - The Aviator - not as political as it could have been in retrospect and it doesn't even consider trains or the vast expansion of the automobile in America, like The Magnificent Ambersons does. 4 - Silence would work as a silent film 5 - The Departed wouldn't, but dialogue is an asset there. 6 - After Hours (almost like Terry Gilliam or a giallo) 7 - Mean Streets (great place to start with Scorsese) 8 - Age of Innocence (almost impossible to adapt and unfortunately it doesn't get into some of Archer's hallucinations in the novel, but like 'Who's That Knocking At My Door', it establishes something about a character who's clueless about Feminism 9 - Last Temptation 10 - Shutter Island (for its goofy pulp style) 11 - Raging Bull (best direction but not the best script) 12 - Cape Fear (great locations and character types, essential from a conceptual perspective as Max Cady is a physical manifestation of Satan, just as Last Temptation has the physical manifestation of God) 13 - Wolf of Wall Street (great supporting cast and DiCaprio does his best) 14 - King of Comedy
Brandon Cook
everything is trash compared to raging bull. that movie is so much better than the rest of the stuff that he made when he made great stuff. i dont really enjoy taxi driver to be honest
1. Taxi Driver 2. Raging Bull 3. Last Temptation 4. Silence 5. Bringing Out The Dead if you think any of his other movies matter then fuck off
Carson Morgan
This book actually helps to highlight some of Scorsese's stylistic traits and themes, especially his processing of an environment's ceremony and ritual. I think it helps demonstrate why he uses repetition throughout a film.
ok 1. dogshit powergap 999. scocksese's filmography
Ayden Taylor
I'll just do a top 10 even though I've seen more:
1. Taxi Driver 2. Goodfellas 3. The Wolf of Wall Street 4. The Aviator 5. Casino 6. Bringing Out The Dead 7. The Last Temptation Of Christ 8. Raging Bull 9. Gangs of New York 10. Shutter Island
I haven't seen King of Comedy and I really need to see that one, I'll get around to it soon. I should also probably rewatch Mean Streets, I watched it a while ago but I don't remember much from it so obviously it hasn't made a big impression, but maybe on a second viewing it would help. Special most overrated mention goes to The Departed.
Sebastian Robinson
Bringing out the dead doesn't get enough love. How is there not more movies about ambulance drivers?
Aaron Wilson
if your top 3 isn't a combination of raging bull, taxi driver and goodfellas you should kys
Daniel Barnes
Stylistically it's his best film, better than Taxi Driver or Gangs at getting to the heart of the city, but like those films it's structured as a tour. I wish Age of Innocence had the same kinds of hallucinations because Wharton suggests a level of anxiety in Archer that we don't get to see in the film
Christian Taylor
Yes. It gets me every time.
Jonathan Hughes
1. Silence 2. King of Comedy 3. Last Temptation of Christ and his 3 worst are 1. Goodfellas 2. Casino 3. The Departed
Jordan Walker
Agree, it's such a great movie, Scorcese directing a Paul Schrader script is instant kino. There's probably not more ambulance driver movies because Bring Out The Dead did it so well, how could it be beaten?
Jace Ward
1. Taxi Driver 2. The Aviator 3. The Departed 4. Goodfellas 5. The Wolf of Wall Steet 6. The King of Comedy 7. The Last Temptation of Christ 8. Raging Bull 9. Shutter Island 10. Cape Fear

>if your top 3 isn't the most basic bitch imdb tier Taxi Driver and Goodfellas are in my top 3, but Raging Bull is his most overrated film after The Departed.
Charles Martinez
You sound dumb as fuck.
Hudson Jackson

Michael Flores
You sound like a nigger.
Cooper Richardson
Literally my top 5 as well, nice. Bringing Out The Dead is criminally underrated
Levi Rodriguez
Don't feel like ranking all so I'll just do my top 5
