Comedians don’t become truly funny until they’re approaching middle age after grinding for 20 years. At that point they don’t give a fuck anymore which leads to real comedic genius. Younger comics with no life experience are only capable of making sarcastic marvel quips and shallow non sequitors, or they put on a persona which isn’t convincing. It’s why none of them can gain traction despite big media pushes. None of them stand out.
