Problem is Guts in the manga is what - 20 years old? Bautista is reaching for his 50s. Even IF I was to accept him in his current state as Guts, that physique takes his toll on him body. Especially in his age, keeping that body is going to be harder and harder.

Not to mention Guts doesn't have a bodybuilder body to begin with.

Berserk is basically Japan's version of being a Westaboo. They love romantizing Western cultures (especially during the middle ages). See: Dark Souls. Neon Genesis Evangelion is another one because they love out-of-context Bible references because they think it makes their works feel "deep" and meaningful.
