you have to go into south east asia for it now, and there are no SEA martial arts guys who have the blend of charisma, aesthetics and stunts that typified bruce, jackie, sammo, biao etc
keanu is the ONLY western guy doing it (see Man of Tai Chi as well as matrix/john wick) and he's not done anything like jackie has in terms of grooming successors, probably because jackie was the centre of the most important period of action cinema history and was brought up at the peking opera school so he cares about preparing da yoof

You should watch Dragged Across Concrete. Long, slow shots, technically not the most unsound at all, but slower than it would be IRL in a stylistic way.

Honestly watch Scott Adkins movies...I totally dismissed as straight to video garbage but even though they're low budget trash the choreography is awesome and the fight scenes are shot competently (Isaac Florentine, who directed a bunch of his films is a martial artist himself.) Also Triple Threat on Netflix is pretty sweet too. It's sad that we have to look to the low budget B movies for quality fight scenes, but they're there.
