OVERWHELMINGLY POPULAR MOVIES YOU HAVE NEVER SEEN

What popular movies have you never seen? I'm talking about movies that literally almost *everyone* has seen, but you haven't.

I'll start:

Forrest Gump
Shrek
LoTR Trilogy

The Matrix sequels. Titanic. Gone With The Wind.

Rocky

Star Wars. Never seen any of them. I’m 40 and I’ve yet to meet anyone who also has never seen any of them.

Eyes wide shit, because fear of pedo shit.

The Godfather trilogy

I don’t remember Pedro shit in that movie. Been a long time and I stopped paying attention at some point because it sucked.

Fucking auto correct
*pedo

^this, Apocalypse Now, Shawshank and Casablanca

boxofficemojo.com/alltime/world/

Of the top 30 movies I've only seen Titantic, Return of the King, and The Dark Knight Rises. Stopped scanning the list at 30.

any Star Wars except Rogue one
any Godfather
any Terminator
any Rocky
any Rambo
Titanic
E.T.
Jaws
any capeshit except the first Thor
any Star trek except the recent ones
Pulp fiction

I have never watched the following
>harry potter
>star wars
>lotr
>star trek
>matrix sequels
>MCU
>GOT
I have watched snippets of some parts of those movies on tv but I can't say what happens in any of the movies
never liked fantasy so these never appealed to me, I'm not American though so people around me don't care much for SW but LOTR and HP is extremely popular

Damn, son. I saw Star Wars in the theater like 10 times when I was a kid, haven't seen but snippets of the prequels, though.

based, same here except for the matrix sequels

The Lion King (1994)

The Lion King

I forgot any disney animated movie, I couldn't stand them even when I was a kid.

same but am zoomee

All Disney movies and The Green Mile

This is me except I’ve watched the matrix sequels. Why does everyone try to shill it these so hard and loan you movies when you’re obviously not interested?

I've never seen any of the MCU movies, not a single one, and I don't plan to do it

These, Goodfellas, Jaws, Terminator, Rambo, Forrest Gump, 12 Angry Men, Pulp Fiction, the list goes on...

Pulp Fiction
Titanic
most of the capeshit movies
Game of Thrones
also anything that has come out since 2018 I have not seen besides Chernobyl

I'm early 30s and saw phantom menace at the cinema due to all the hype but that's the only one I've seen.

Unlike Back to the Future, Indiana Jones, Bind films etc. Star Wars were never shown on tv for some reason so I never watched them at the age I would have been excited to see them and now I don't care. They're so ubiquitous in pop culture I feel like I've seen them anyway.

You're missing out. It's not even really a boxing movie, it's a character study. The third one is my favorite.

I haven't seen any of the Avengers movies.

Schindler's List
I don't think I'll ever will.

Napoleon Dynamite
Godfather movies

Well, I haven't seen a single MCU movie.

>MCU

I'm guessing there quite a few of us who aren't into capeshit. I've seen a few of them, they were okay, but once you see one they are all pretty much the same.

Titanic
Star Wars
Harry Potter
Back to the future
Star Trek
Avengers
Jaws
Schindler's List
The Shining
anything Monty Python
The dark knight
The lord of the rings
Interstellar / gravity / other spaceshit

Seinfeld
Friends
Game of thrones
The sopranos
The wire
Lost
Stranger things
Dexter
The simpsons, not one episode

Before I took an intro to film class, I had never seen The Godfather.
Any time someone found out that I had never seen it, they always did the "YOU'VE NEVER SEEN THE GODFATHER HOW HAVE YOU NEVER SEEN THE GODFATHER" bit.
That went on for so long that it almost got hyped up in my head until we watched it in FILM1000. It was okay.

Still haven't seen:
>Back to the Future
>Indiana Jones
>Schindler's List
>James Bond

But they are ingrained in pop culture that I get their references.

>Apocalypse Now
>Casablanca

>Sopranos
>Boardwalk Empire

Attached: based.jpg (400x400, 19K)

Top Gun
ET
Godfather 2

Goodfellas
Saving Private Ryan
The Shawshank Redemption

the never ending story
casablanca
american grafiti
every capeshit movie past the first avengers

This was me until two years ago when I decided to sit down and watch them (and Scarface).

It was worth it.

Haven't seen any of the avengers movies or Star wars past the first 3.

I realize what a fucking loser I am because I've seen all the shit you've listed.

Everything from MCU capeshit past Avengers 2 except Homecoming (which was terrible).
DCU capeshit
Forrest Gump
The Shining or any Kubrick movie (do plan on watching them though)
Last Samurai (again, plan on watching it)
Rocky movies
Usual Suspects
Apocalypse Now
Chinatown

Look where you are.

If someone here says "I've never seen The Hunger Games" that's not weird, but anyone who considers themselves a movie fan who has never seen The Godfather, Rock, Scarface, Star Wars or Casa-fucking-blanca... they're weird.

Rocky and Rambo for me
Apocalypse Now is on my to watch list

What did you think of Rogue One and the first Thor? It must be interesting watching something with an expanded universe without watching any of that universe.

based and same

>on Yea Forums
>haven't even watch the basics
This explains a lot.

Citizen Kane
12 Angry Men
Infinity War

No one on Yea Forums watches movies or tv
No one on /fit/ works out
No one on /pol/ is white
And so on so forth

Matrix: Revolutions
American Beauty
American Pie
American Psycho
The Godfather Trilogy
Apocalypse Now
Shawshank Redemption
Scarface

I've seen them all except for The Last Jedi and Solo but it's been so long since I've seen most of them, barring RotS and Rogue One that I couldn't really tell you how I feel about them. I remember thinking the OT was kinda overrated though.

Of fucking course. What do I expect from Yea Forums

I've only ever seen Godfather I.
Never got around to watched the sequels even though I really liked the film.

Attached: art_1.jpg (1638x2048, 525K)

never saw any Rocky sequels, not counting the Creed films

never seen Grease

is it even worth it?

I've never seen a Martin Scorcese film

>is it even worth it?

It's a musical based on American life in the 50's, in the same sense that West Side Story is, down to the "competing demographics" trope.

Personally I'm not a fan of musicals, but I absolutely adored La La Land.

As to your question, I haven't seen Grease since I was a kid, but it's kind of a popcorn flick, still probably entertaining though.

Attached: Grease.jpg (1200x675, 136K)

I have seen everything except 12 Angry Men and I decided that I won't see that one as long as I shall live, for literally no reason

>any Studio Ghibli
>any Tarantino
>any Wes Anderson
>any Tarkovsky
>Batman (1989)
>Who Framed a Roger Rabbit

Well, shit, at least I've seen Goodfellas

never seen its a wonderful life, casablanca, citizen kane, green mile, 2001, clockwork orange, godfather sequels, silence of the lambs, gone with the wind, schindler's list, ET, return of the king, Indiana Jones, any James Bond, mission impossible, die hard, any fast and the furious, predator, rambo sequels, they live, halloween 2, kill bill

but I've seen rocky 1-5, the original 4 alien movies, and the original 10 friday the 13th movies. go figure
