I don't know about 'losing the plot', but he's definitely on the back foot since he's lost a ton of his fortune with the stock crash and has to navigate the waters of English politics without the leverage he used to be able to just buy outright instead of doing gangster shit. Hard to say, but this movie isn't at all the kind of movie he's done before. Instead of light-hearted horror comedy he's going for a Don't Look No / Repulsion / Rosemary's Baby kind of thing, and those types of movies are always very adult and have a lot of sensuality and nudity. I'd expect this movie to have some sex in it, and kind of arty / atmospheric / tasteful nudity.
