Yes. It's a very good show, although it takes a couple of seasons to really hit its stride. The first two are pretty rough around the edges but by season 3 its transitioned into absolute kino.

Gets good in the latter half of season 2 and is great up until 8 or 9. Good episodes are few and far between after that until it devolves into a zombified version of itself, like the Simpsons. Modern South Park is complete trash, though I've heard some people argue that season 19 with the season long arc that took a dump of PC culture was pretty good.

Fun characters, enjoyable plots, overall comfiness, pretty smart writing, very memorable tunes. Is pretty stellar throughout the first 10 seasons, fizzles out by 20th, didn't watch afterwards. Avoid serialized seasons, this show doesn't work well in that form.

Well besides nostalgia glasses, South Park was a legit funny cartoon that didn't take itself seriously and you can tell the creators had a lot of fun making the episodes.
It also felt like I was watching some old Flash cartoon on Newgrounds with the methods they were using.
