It isn't and it can't be. It choose one part of what the Twilight Zone did, social commentary, to focus on. That was never the entirety of the Twilight Zone, but that is what Black Mirror is. And despite being not the point of the series or the vast majority of episodes, the Twilight Zone's social commentary was and is hugely relevant. It made an impact. Black Mirror never ever reaches the same level of impact, and even then it still loses to the Twilight Zone because the Twilight Zone still told plenty of interesting sci fi stories independent of social commentary. Black mirror loses in every way
