hell fucking blockbuster charges $1 for unrewound tapes and $3 for late tapes per day. my allowance got killed by those fucking kikes

Boomer here. Those punk kids got paid $4.85 an hour and they need to earn it. It's not MY job to rewind the tapes. I had one runt in 1994 try to pull a charge on me. I told him he had better respect his elders and think about the integrity of himself before he picked up that paycheck. Turns out later on through my billing statement he went ahead and threw that charge on there. I called his workplace up and told that little turd's manager he tried to offer me child pornography tapes. Never saw him again at the video store. Hope he learned a valuable lesson.

Rewinding is just good etiquette. Being charged for not rewinding is just fucking greedy as fuck.

my cousin's parents had one he's like 35 now. i don't remember ever having a vcr without a rewind feature.

we were told it was hard on vcr plus some stand alone machines were super fast
