would have been cheaper to just give him superficial burns or whatever it's called

>Ladies and gentlemen thank you for coming. I've been studying Gotham's crime stats, and I believe you deserve to know the truth.

Nolan wtf man

It was up until Two Face, you're right. It really bugs me that they went too far, doesn't fit with the theme of the whole trilogy.

>His face now represents the stats about homicide rates in the country.
What did Nolan mean by this?

kek

They could have him look very disfigured but not to his fucking skull.

NO MORE RACIST COPS!

I heard raimi had to hand in this scene

It was realistic to a point. I can't comment on if that fire could cause damage of this level or at least visually like that however the film did say he was refusing skin grafts and further said that without them he only had days to live due to infection and shit like that which didn't matter to him as he didn't want to live anyway.

DESPITE

wouldn't the infection kill him in like few hours

he died in a few hours anyway

no way a person with that much exposure would have days to live, more like few hours imo

Well I can't remember the exact timeframe as it's been years since I've watched the film but I remember it being quite short so you're probably correct.

he probably could have days but he'd be in constant unimaginable pain

B-b-but the Joker's white!
