The satellite television here offers quite a great range of movies so you didn't really need that pricey option I guess
Anyway, that's how I got to be a young pirate kid... starting with eMule and then Ftp, direct downloads, torrents, etc... as a young teen

I think I worked at a blockbuster shortly bad had a bad time and my brain erased it from memory. I have the same belief about working at gamestop it's so weird. I think I embarrassed myself badly at both and got fired immediately and my brain erased it from my memory.

When I was 7 or 8 the original Power Rangers movie came out and they did a promo thing at my local store. Some guys in Power Rangers costumes came and stood in the store and they gave out free shit, think I got a belt buckle or something. The store was packed out. Was cool as fuck as a kid.

My mom used let me rent PS1 3 or 4 times when I was younger, because a bunch of my friends had it and I had N64 so this was her way of appeasing me I guess. Later I asked why she let me rent it and she said it was to get it out of my system so I wouldn't demand her to buy it. Well it worked I guess because I hung onto my N64 and by the time Gamecube came out I was working part time and had my own money to buy it.
It was great, the first time I rented it I played twisted metal 1 for 3 days straight, then twisted metal 2, then the 3rd time i played the original GTA and WWF In Your House.
Never considered the price. I love my mom. Every friday night she used to take me to rent a game and get a slice of pizza.

That would have meant 1 game a week. I got 300 in 2 months and pretty much the only good games worth playing. I could have just got my brother to make an account and continue but there was nothing left I wanted. By the last week I was just burning sports games I would never play to bolster my collection.
