For you.
Sneedlejuice
This is the best scene in any Batman adaption. Do not argue with me.
How come nobody noticed that Wayne Manor had bat symbol-shaped lights?
both pure michael keaton kino.
Because it was already established that Wayne Manor was quite out of the way.
>tfw no beetlejuice gf
why even be a ghost
There were only two good batman films. And both were Burton's.
How did a PG rated movie get to drop an F bomb?
People weren't as tightassed about words back then. You could even call a nigger a nigger and everyone would laugh
Unfortunately it's true.
He's a zoom zoom, probably doesn't even remember movies where kids called each other faggots
I used to jerk off to the dead whore house chicks
>zoom zoom
autistic boomers are the worst
Man, movies just fucking looked better back then. Now everything looks like some shit FPS game.
>And both were Schumacher's
Fixed
i miss a quick two seconds of booby in a pg movie
It's the 80s.
>Jeffrey Jones
Chuck already came for his own daughter
Is it true Lydia is a ghost in the final scene?
Never actually thought about that. I'm pretty sure she wasn't supposed to be though.
Why would she be?
I just watched the end scene and it reminded me she got an A on the math test. Clearly she's not a ghost if she's going to school.
I think because she has magical powers at the end. But I think that's just mediumship.
Because she killed herself so she could be a ghost.
Nah I don't think so. They made a huge effort to prevent that and she's literally enrolled in school.
She didn't have magical powers. Adam rewarded her with bit of levitation for passing her test.
If you kill yourself, you become a civil servant in the afterlife.
Why would she go to a school as a ghost? If she were a ghost she couldn't leave the property. Was she going to school on Saturn? Were her teachers sandworms?
That is the movie "Beetlejuice". I watched this movie when I was little. I liked this movie.
It was established in the movie that ghosts can affect the real world and become visible to normies, and we never see a scene where she doesn't kill herself but she's magically able to fly in the last scene. The group of ghost football players behind her when she's floating are supposed to represent that she's transcended the material plane and become a spirit. Or am I reading into this too much?
I always just saw it as she gained a unique bond with the spiritual world due to her experiences and literal occult knowledge of the subject matter that wasn't available to others. I mean if Otho can conduct a seance from a handbook for spooks, I don't see why other abilities couldn't exist.
>Adam rewarded her with bit of levitation for passing her test.
I always just assumed he was a prude and didn't want her connecting to the spirit realm. But that also makes sense.
she has to ask the Maitlands to do it
it was their doing not hers
just more ghost powers like the dinner scene
