Why isn't this guy under more scrutiny in media and social media? He's done fuck all without Messi in Europe for 10 years while spending billions.

Because he wins the domestic league?
CL is nice, but only foreign customers care about it.

No one cares about the premier league

>but only foreign customers care about it.

This is some City gigacope right here

If no one cares about the PL then I guess no one cares about football in general considering PL is bigger than all other leagues combined.
I'm not talking about City necessarily. Barcelona and Bayern he had good domestic success too. CL has alot of variance. Ref can just favour the other team like yesterday and if you're lacking you lose.

Real won because the ref favoured them?

>I'm not talking about City necessarily.

You absolutely are, because this is the huge coping mechanism City fans have been trotting out for years to deal with the fact that they choke in Europe every single time.

The idea that British people don't care about the CL is just outright false

>Ref can just favour the other team like yesterday
Agree, mfer kept City alive

City should've gotten a red at 7' and the ref ignored two clear penalties for madrid, don't be that retarded.

Nigger he has failed for 10 years, ref decisions my ass

gigacope

Reminder that this football "genius" hasn't coached a team that wasn't already favourite to win the domestic competition, and got exposed in the CL everytime while speding billions.
Only made it with UEFAlone through extreme levels of refball.

Guardiola's team has been the bookies' favourite to win the CL 8 of the past 9 seasons, and he's lost every single time kek

UEFAlona*

>only foreign customers care about the CL
Absolute gigacope from Cityzens

Hilarious cope

>PL is bigger than all other leagues combined
in arab involvement? I guess, because in success they've only got 3 CL in the last 15 years.

Because winning the PL through insane squad depth achieved by financial doping papers over the cracks. That and certain parts of the English press are paid by City to report positively.

>insane squad depth
they have like 16 senior players lol

been reading bong papers for some time now and it's true, no one seems to blame pep. how come no one point out that he has choked it for nearly a decade?

shut up, bitch

Pointing that out would be admitting that english football is a joke

If he bottles the league this season as well then he should actually be sacked, that is a pathetic season for a billion pound squad

MUH CARABAO CUPS

Bottling every year is the opposite of variance lad

The PDL (Pep Defence League) will report you to the authorities for wrongthink. English press have this weird penchant for wanking off teams that play expansive football similar to Pep's. It's really bizarre and you almost see no pushback from pundits when someone points out that Fraudiola has gone from big club to big club with an open chequebook.

Chelsea is Russia gas lmao. Can't win anything without foreigners. Fenway Sports Group FC

I think he gets a lot of leeway because he's basically solved domestic leagues. If he chokes the league this year and/or fails in another Champion's League then even more casual fans will start to notice shortcomings in cup competitions.

The British media don't seem too overly fussed on continental failures in general, Ferguson doesn't exactly get shit for only winning 2 CLs either.

Miguel Delaney has talked about it. Barry Glendenning have. There have been members of the press that have rightfully criticized him

Are the UAE moors more patient than Qatar moors? Will they give Pep one more chance and buy him Haaland?

The Chelsea final was the easiest and best hope for him but ruined it with the big brain tactics and now they lost everything in 6 minutes.

>CL is nice, but only foreign customers care about it.
We are reaching cope levels never seen before

To get fair to him, most managers haven't won more than 3. Only 3 have: Paisley, Ancelloti, and Zidane. However most managers don't stay at a club as long as Fergie did.

With that said, the difference with Pep is that Fergie didn't have the giant checkbook Pep has had. Also, The Premier League was nowhere near the best league in Europe until the mid 2000s. Pep has been in charge of a City team that's been dominating they Premier league when it's been the best league in the world.

you stupid bald faggot
playing with 12 men isn't overthinking
it's cheating

He should be blamed for last year final and the choke the year before against Lyon.
But this was for the most part bad luck and players being pecho frios

wew lad be careful with that shit you might O.D

Journalists love him because they identify with him as the sensitive misunderstood le beautiful football genius

>Because he wins the domestic league?

Did I ever tell you the story of the Fox and the grapes?

Nobody can go against the jews

AHHHH SHEIKH GIVE ME ANOTHER BILLION

Inevitable pep to psg to keep on his winning ways.

The only team the english press hates is chelsea.

>Fergie didn't have the giant checkbook Pep has had.
Fergie literally broke the english transfer record like 10 times

btw fuck pep

because he's a leftist freak and the media don't touch their own (apart from their own kids)

You guys really have the worst opinions here.

Barcelona and Bayern have CLs though, they definetely care about them

Pep deserves plenty of shit for his years at Bayern, but he did well at City. If he wins the league this year, it’s gonna be pretty impressive.

People focusing this much on the CL are a bit silly. Semis are a good result, demanding any further by default just because you spend a bunch is ridiculous. The competition is too tough for that.

Who cares about pep when Germans are throwing out banter this good

Incredible threat, perfect display how following cuckpool fries your brain.

Zoomer, I don't think you understand how much money is in football now than 25 years ago and the English spending power now compared to back then.

How does Klopp reach the final almost every year?

That 6-0 against Chettensby United in the league cup though

That’s how they beat Chelsea. A disallowed goal + a penalty that would t have been called if the roles were reversed

Season is still on a razor wire for a lot of managers. If Liverpool actually pull of the quadruple (major doubt) he'll get the sack.

If City win the league, fraudiola will be fine.
If chelsea win the FA cup, Tuchel will be fine.
If Liverpool don't win anything more (likeliest option) klopp will be fine, but he OUGHT to be sacked.

It doesn’t matter how much is in the game now compared to before, fergie still spent a fuckton and broke several transfer records

Luck.
Now don’t get me wrong, Klopp’s Liverpool are obviously exceptional, but my point is there are like 6-8 or so teams that are good enough to win the CL (if everyone plays more or less to their potential). How far those teams get, who ends up winning in the end - it comes down to a lot of factors. I don’t think in most years, you can undoubtedly say the CL winner was the best team in Europe. They just showed up when it mattered and/or had the little bit of luck that’s required. People overrate results when it comes to these judgements, which sounds a bit silly since results are all that matter to most people.

>Luck.
Stopped reading there.

Knew he was a fraud when he took over Jupp's treble winning team, bought all the good players at Dortmund, and couldn't even make a CL final let alone win one.

Well you shouldn’t, since I’m essentially saying most if not all CL success comes with a big portion of luck. That’s just the nature of such a knockout tournament.

>CL has alot of variance

What variance is that? Pep chokes ever year, Ancelotti and Klopp make the final every year

Seems pretty predictable to me

He's always been a fucking fraud and his teams are always shit to watch.
