Russian initial war plan was shit, they didn't have nearly enough manpower and materiel for the war, Russian training, logistics, maintenance and C3I sucks, their integration between airpower and land assets is exposed like Pep Guardiola and the general discipline+troop training is lacking

Basically the only thing that they're not failing in is the naval blockade but that's basically because Ukraine didn't really have a navy
