On the topic of DisneyWorld as an alternative location, there's plenty of space to build a purpose built street course on the resort around new resorts if Disney had the type of money to do it.

they'd need to build new roads for that layout because one of the four parts and a bunch of the resorts would be entirely cut off from the outside world with that layout. Still, would be better then the oval they used to have near the Magic Kingdom.

stupid question from a youropean: is this multiple theme parks next to each other or one giant park with many different areas? The individual parts seem far apart sometimes.
No problem, if you're ever doing a trip to Orlando I recommend putting a day or two on the side for Universal (if only one, unless it's the off season get a fast pass), the two parks they have are right next to each other and have a decent Harry Potter train ride connecting them, I managed to do all the rides in a day cheesing the single rider line on the off season before the pandemic hit, decent day out during my vacation in Florida.
