Even worse is that they kill the alpha male and everyone else with such efficiency and ease, but suddenly screw it up on the last girl. Its funny because if the first person who is attacked by the killer managed to put up a fight like the final female everyone else would probably survive.

That's pretty funny when you consider that, prior to the rise of the slasher, women were almost always damsels in distress or would sacrifice themselves to kill a monster. Them fighting back and becoming Final Girls wasn't a widespread thing until Halloween started spawning knock-offs, unless you want to start calling obscurities like Strangler of the Swamp and Curse of the Fly feminist masterpieces.

Predator is one of the few horror movies that has an all male cast against the slasher. It ends with the chad beating the slasher one on one but there is still a final girl for some reason.
