will never go to a world cup
TIL Capdevilla was better than Robertson.
Edit: Thanks for the upvotes guys, appreciated!
This is a much more accurate comparison. These 2 can go to, or play against, any top club at any top league. Haaland for sure.
mbappé looks like a A++ player
Haaland is something else he is S tier, you watch him you tell yourself "holy shit wtf, he did it again"
youtube.com
mbappé would never
if the races were reversed no one would think haaland was better.
The white man is always trodden upon
yeah more like the reverse of that every time. why are you always the victim?
you mean which one comes to Arsenal
Mbappé is a more complete and better player
Mbappe scores consistently and has a visible set of skills that show a certain technical mastery and mental understanding of the game.
But Haaland just... he gets it into the goal. Doesn't matter where, doesn't matter how, he finds a way, he has a deep understanding and talent that transcends understanding and just finds its natural expression in the insane amount of goals he will score in his career.
Which one of the two will be more successful remains to be seen.
Lol the mighty vfl bochum. Why doesn't he perform comeback hat tricks against Man City or Bayern Munchen?
mbappé has many flaws. doesn't exploit space enough when he doesn't have the ball, weak blooter skill, weak header skill, terrible at pressing
>doesn't exploit space enough when he doesn't have the ball
that's key to being GOAT tier, hopefully he improve this over time
Also his shooting game is only alright
yes he doesn't aim enough to a part of the goal, he shoots too much on the goalkeeper
@119925884
Capdevilla didn't finish top scorer for his NT during the World Cup and MOTM.
So you won't get (You)s for this
I dont care about nu players, they just shoot from 2 meter distance because some strategic algorithm said so. Go look at ronaldos free kicks and tell me what you see
>Go look at ronaldos free kicks and tell me what you see
terrible convertion rate
Good enough for real to pay the most ever for a player at that time. Not saying these new guys arent good, but they're just tapping in
Not really as Grug is injured most of the time and spends five games he plays per season dabbing on Eisenbahnersportverein Lokomotive Reichsbahnausbesserungswerk Cottbus or BSG Motor Treansformatoren und Röntgenwerk Dresden-Übrigau
Jesus christ why is he so uncordinated.
Mbappe is easily the better player since Haaland has no technical ability at all but they're both just pace merchants hiding in farmer leagues.
2 penalties and a goal he barely realized he scored. wow. incredible. future goat
>Capdevilla was better than Robertson
yes
don't watch this gay sport, just came to say holy shit are these two ugly
they didn't pay for ronaldos free kick ability, though it certainly was a nice addition. they paid for his goalscoring ability.
Both played in farmers leagues so far and they have yet to prove themselves in a competitive league
Mbrappe already peaked at 19.
Literally who the fuck is Robertson
I'm glad we got players with actual talents after penaldo and messi retire. fuck it would be grim if we had lewy or griezmann type players only
/thread
Both are great players, but Mbappé has a more generic skillset and Haaland is more unique, which means that Haaland is more valuable.
Haaland skills literally transcend time and space. He is the real messiah.
retarded sven plays in a farmers league and will be exposed once he plays in a top 2 league
cringe
Haaland is better than Mboopi, who will crash in his late 20s, Erling will have a Ronaldo-like career into his late 30s
this
He will get ruined by injuries faster than that
I conducted extensive research to find out both of those names were actually real
>Messi v Penaldo
Two GOATs, autistic midget vs egomaniac closeted homosexual rapist
Kino.
>Mbappe v Haaland
Glorified Pacey Ngubu v an always injured Orc.
Do zoomers really?
>Norse genetics
Lmfao those club names
Literally what the fuck did Haaland do this season?
he did more than mbrap while injured for 1/2 the season lmao
someone make a jak from this image
At least he actually scores penalties
le elite prospects that are 25 and falling apart due to injuries before moving to a proper league
boring meme. their peak is now.
the mighty vfl bochum whipped dortmunds and bayerns ass this season
Out of the 2 who would you think would best settle in the PL?
the mighty gabriel jesus
the invincible romelu lukaku
the godlike roberto firmino
Premier has had shit strikers for almost a decade now
really depends how their bodies hold up and who they play for, both injury free I think if you ran a simulation where you threw them into a random prem club 50 times and see how it went, Haaland would do better most of the time. I think in a team playing to Mbappe's strengths assuming he improves the flaws in his game as he gets older his peak would be better though
Mbappe has peaked long ago and shows very little interest in improving his weaknesses, as he has naturally gifted strengths. As a french user said, he's such an incomplete and tactically dumb player. If you combine that with his smug, arrogant personality you know that Mbappe doesnt have a peak beyond what his foot and his body have already given him.
Haaland on the other side is hard work, discipline and professionalism in person.
This was at PSG, who the fuck can feel inspired to improve at that shitty mercenary team
I feel like at Madrid he will either crumble due to pressure or be uber unlocked by constant buck breaking by Ancelotti and tito Perez, remains to be seen
I just don't see it. I never watched Mbappe play consistently well and I've never seen him have such a dominating game (that was against a respectable team). Even at the World Cup he played well but there wasn't any standout performance where his game looked complete. I don't think there's any PL player in the "top 4" in his position that I would pick him over. I am genuinely baffled (as you Brits say) over how much hype he's gotten.
strikers are a meme
look at EPL top 4 teams how many use a traditional striker? 0
its a legacy position for boomer leagues with boomer tactics
Anyone with half a brain would choose Mbappe. Haaland is a one-trick pony
>more complete
PSG go out of the CL every year because he refuses to even track back defensively
He was excellent in his last 2 games vs RM, he trampled them
based
ah yes the new forward defenders meme
Didn't know that the true measurement of your skill is the quality of the rest of your national team
Are we in the mongoloid era?
>TIL Capdevilla was better than Robertson.
Yes, not even close btw
