HOYL FUCK!!!
Season 2 was a mistake
Is this based or cringe? I can't tell
BAAAAAAASSSSSEEEEDDDDD
based
Absolutely based
Daily reminder that he did absolutely, legitimately, genuinely, unironically, literally and figuratively nothing wrong.
how did he not run out of pages/?
>did nothing wrong
>died like a retard
He chose a sperg to be his accomplice and got caught.
How to Use It: XXXI
"The number of pages of the Death Note will never run out."
L was smarter
then why that nigga dead?
>do nothing wrong
>everyone hates you even though you made all of their lives better
horsecock
So, could I hypothetically make a machine to cut a page out of the death note and have infinite death note pages?
Both Light and Near are smarter.
Went shit after L died. Was expecting him to appear at the end instead of having those two fags take over
>Season 2 was a mistake
> Went shit after L died. Was expecting him to appear at the end instead of having those two fags take over
so what if you grabbed every single page and ripped them out at the same time
Near went from 0 info to Light is Kira in like 1 episode. Is it better in the comic book?
Why didn't he write down that he'll accomplish everything he set out to do then die at an old age?
A little. The second arc is heavily compressed in the anime and the ending is quite different. Near and Mello work together in the manga more and are less antagonistic toward each other.
Based, fpbp, I keked 10/10 post quints of truth
No
Yes. In the manga Near figures out that L is incompetent, then figures out that L is probably Kira, then figures out that L is related to Soichiro.
how are the nip live actions?
worth a shit?
samefag
His mistake was not writing down the name of all the jews in the media and government.
Ending to the second movie is much more thematically appropriate in my opinion. Haven't watched the live action series but I've heard it's good.

Sure buddy
Literally this. How could someone as calculating as light entrust an incel with such responsibility?
it would have been cringe but because of the quints it is based
stop replying to yourself
He had absolutely no other choice. If the killings didn't continue (Near already suspected Misa and observed her) he would be fucked already sooner. He can actually consider himself lucky he found someone as autistic as him with Mikami.
here's the REAL Kira
Didn't even know there was a series, just the movies. Surprisingly the first one even has a 78 on RT. coolbeans
dilate
>tear out pages and use them as fuel in a furnace for and engine
>infinite pages=infinite energy
Why didnt he just create a perpetual motion machine from the start?
BASED. DAILY REMINDER FOR YOU ANIMEFAGGOTS
He killed people whose only crimes were being a liability to him. And you're telling me you wouldn't constantly fear for your life if there were some seemingly omnipotent killer making people around the world drop dead with no warning?
have sex
stop replying to yourself
I think the main problem with the post-L stuff is that light and near just sit at their computers wall-of-texting each other. and near was OP, his magic deduction of who X-kira is was ridiculous. mello should have been more directly involved, had more scenes with near and actually meet light. and I think they could have introduced near and mello more naturally by opening each episode from light's memory returning to the death of L with brief scenes at the orphanage
Not replying to myself I just entered the fucking thread you dickless faggot
None are me. Now kill yourself and stream it on Faceberg
>hurr durr I used inspect element
You’re pathetic
I'm on mobile as you could clearly see how tf can I do that?
>L bests Kira by actual detective work
>Near bests Kira by pulling shit out of his ass
>mfw everytime Near spouts his bullshit
Read the manga. Near's deduction process is much better explained and convincing.
Light literally cheated and got lucky he had plot armor enough to have a retarded shinigami kill everyone. Because you know, have the power to kill by writing a name in a book was OP enough
Also what the fuck was Mellos problem, murdering all the cia agents for no reason? And than Near lets him go, like nigga what? What the fuck is wrong with mello
He wanted to cripple Near and catch Kira first. Wasn't that obvious?
He means how he became a murdering psychopath while being raised same place L and Near was.
The idea that L was the best and could beat anyone of them 1v1 but ultimately losing because Near and Mello collaborate is still fine. Season 1 was 9/10 and season 2 7/10 which is still pretty damn good. Not the perfect series but nearly.
L and Near were also psychopaths.
The kids raised at the orphanage are presumably all autistic one way or another. Doesn't surprise me that there would be a few psychopaths too.
This is the moment that L beat Light and every dues ex machina and plot armor shit after this doesn't matter. L won.
>He means
>He
fucking lol
When he wanted to sacrifice his innocent sister I stopped rooting for him.
the more intelligent you are the more messed up you can be in a unique way. More mental complexity, more weird outcomes
only good thing about Death Note is that it inspired this masterpiece
this was so great. he fucking humiliated light with this
>Pride got him with Near's challenge
>Didn't have some back up plan to kill everyone.
Light seemed to forget you could kill people with guns, poison, knives, etc. Since everyone was going to get killed in the warehouse anyway he should have controlled his own crew to kill Near and the others if things went wrong.
true. Light literally only won because a Death God had to kill themselves to kill L. L WAS SO INTELLIGENT THAT LITERALLY ONLY A GOD COULD KILL HIM AND HAD TO DIE TO IT
You couldn't do that because you're in a fictional universe where there's a plot that wouldn't allow you.
Anyway, Kira won in the end. Even after tons of asspulls, many uncreative ways of killing people, and a retarded death, his followers/worshippers continued his legacy.
L won the catching Kira game using Near and Melo as his proxies, but he couldn't do anything about stopping the world from following Kira's concept of justice afterward.
>continued his legacy
I haven't seen it in ages but did a successor get possession of a death note? Does Ryuk keep getting bored and loan one out?
At the end of the manga, you can see people who reunite to worship Kira as a god and to thank him for cleaning the world from scum.
They don't need a Death Note, just sharing the same idea of justice as Kira is enough to see a legacy. That's what that end intended to convey.
Is this the end of weebshit on Yea Forums as we know it?
we can play what ifs all day
that is why you'll never write a story with a million dollars and get endless movie adaptations, you don't have the ability to stop being an atheist about literally everything in your life
try that in real life with a real notebook, even tearaway paper, then delete your post
Cringe at first because you know he hurried like fuck to get the "fpbp" and typed that out super fast as soon as he saw an anime image
BUT it is based on acount of the digits alone. Can't deny those quints
If he decided to stash the book or destroy it instead of using it would the death god have gotten annoyed and immediately killed him?
get out of your own head.
Would the note book work if say he wrote down a serial killers name, but the serial killer had people trapped in cages and if he died they would starve to death. Since you cant have someone you write down kill another , would this not work?
Criiiinge
>Since you cant have someone you write down kill another
you sure? the earliest two things i remember could have fairly easily ended with others deaths.
1) Ransomer holding school hostage, could have accidentally fired gun while clutching fingers because "heart attacks" do that for some reason
2) Bully was said "to get hit by traffic" or something, he swerved in front of a truck. that could have killed or hurt or hit somebody else
Considering Light had his desk rigged to burn the book and potentially his whole house down and Ryuk just chuckled when it was explained to him, I don't think he would've cared too much if it got destroyed.
In the start aren't the other shinigami gossiping "I heard he fooled the king into giving him another notebook"
Japanese movies had an ending that was arguably better than the manga/anime
Japanese TV Series is enjoyable even if you've seen the anime or read the manga, with a few twists that don't derail everything. L's actor steals the show
I think there would be some freak "lucky" occurrence that would ensure their survival.
Yes. That was so Ryuk would have a Death Note of his own after dropping one into the human realm.

HEY HEY NIGGA FAGGOT
I NEED A NIGGA FAGGOT
WYPIPO!
>should have been only 3 episodes
>cut out Mellow entirely
>L gave all info to Near and USA so they basically 100% unto light
>keep manga ending
Based
no please don't remind me of that afro cunt head.
Is that Rance?
Watch the 2015 drama series, it's pretty good.
>so what if you grabbed every single page and ripped them out at the same time
So... rip the cover off?
garbage writing
>actually wins in the end and permacucks Suzaku
Heh .... nothing personnel, Light
Anime is over.
Based
>quint get
>surprised when he gets (You)'s
Return to plebbit.
The only reason Light lost is because one of his subordinates made a minor fuck up unprompted by him. Near was completely outsmarted and was luckily able to latch on to something that you normally wouldn't notice.
I repeat my ideal ending for the series is Mello and Near being unable to outsmart Light and prove he is Kira despite knowing for a fact he is. Frustrated and knowing that he is smarter than they are instead of playing games with him they that they would lose they just gun him down to avenge L.
I find it quite fitting. Light was essentially cheating the entire time and not playing by the same rules everyone else was and beat L because of it. It seems appropriate to me that he would lose and die just because they said fuck it lets just shoot the guy.
Thank god you're not a writer. That would be one of the least satisfying endings of all time.
>Killing L was a good idea
The reason why it all went to shit
