Not every story featuring a superhero or other "powered" individual is the same, just like Logan isn't the same to something like Homecoming. You can take a Shakespeare play and turn one of the characters into a capeshit hero for shits and giggles, and it'd still be a Shakespeare play (not to say that I'm comparing the two directly, but hopefully you get the idea).
