Pacing is awful
Movie lacks any sense of suspense that you for example get in Lynch films if you're looking at it from the surreal aspect.
Story is just garbage because the whole movie is just an excuse for the art department to go crazy and do bunch of random absurd scenes.
It's just a basic Orwellian dystopia where everyone is incompetent, greedy and fascist.
It's not bad, but average - 5/10
