It is one of these films that manages to create an illusion of depth and so only appeals to pseuds.

Plus I found most of the preformances to be laughable. But it wasn't just that, it was as if the actors were acting in Saving Private Ryan while the director was directing The Mirror. That is the acting style massively came into conflict with the style of the film.
