this image should be changed to more recognizable scenes. for example Mr white crying, Bruce Willis with the katana, this one is fine, black and white car drive, idk, white shirt with bat in woods, literally anything with leo, kurt opening the door to the carriage, and brad in the desert or Margot dancing at the party

yeah honestly it holds up way better than I thought it would when I first saw it in theaters. maybe doesn’t grab you as much as some of the others, but it’s just so solid. almost a perfect film. feel the same about Jackie brown and death proof to varying degrees.

I know everyone says they hate death proof but have you actually seen it recently? i swear to god I could watch that movie over and over again.

big cast of girls with a lot of variety, you’re bound to get a crush on at least one of them; great, really funny Kurt Russell role; comfy pacing, captures the vibe of hanging out in a faux retro Austin bar with a bunch of chicks who are getting a little too old for what they’re doing; good soundtrack; Quentin is director of photography and his cameos kind of funny; and nobody can deny the car chases are top shelf

Django is poorly paced and just feels kind of wonky in general to me. people were quick to blame it on sally menke’s passing, but fred raskins done such good work on the films that followed. I was worn out on christoph waltz 5 minutes into the movie.
