Parks like Disney and such have many rides that take a photo at certain points. You can purchase a pass to store the photos to the cloud or purchase them outright. People have been doing OK and other hand signals during the picture taking process, which has been annoying the hell out of very delicate people.

Most rollercoasters and major rides have a camera somewhere on the track that takes a picture of you, usually before like the big drop or something. Some parks like Disney will give them to you for free but other parks will charge you for them and thus won't let you take pictures of the screens.

At amusement parks, there are cameras at a particular point on the roller coaster that will take everyone's picture as they go down. Then when you exit the ride, you walk by a booth where they show you all the pictures of the riders and try to get you to pay inflated prices for a printout.

It appears in this instance, someone decided to just use their cellphone to take a picture off the display, and the wagie started freaking out about it.
