Even though AGDO is weird because its early and fantastical in plot, I find Loaf to be the strangest one, and the most cartoony. Maybe I should rewatch, its the only one that didn't really click with me. Although I totally thought when Wallace was scrambling around under the grates, it was just like the ending of Aliens. Sure enough, they then do an obvious parody which had me dying.
