I don't think the plan is to replace Hemsworth with Thor. Thor and lady Thor co-exist in the comics.
I'm guessing the new movie is going to involve Jane Foster getting Thor's powers somehow (who cares), Thor getting depowered for comedic affect, and Thor getting back his powers at the end of the movie.
It's not like there's ever going to be a standalone Jane Foster movie. It's just more characters to sell toys of and give 5 second scenes in the next Avengers clusterfuck.
