Why millenials don't watch and appreciate his films?
John Wayne
ask the same question in English, Boris
Because he's a draft dodging faggot
Nothing wrog with my English
They don't watch older films in general.
Which is a shame. John Wayne movies are pretty fun.
The Quiet Man is pretty great.
Ironic that his portrayals of American servicemembers were so useful as recruiting tools. Sands of Iwo Jima is great as a propaganda film and a good film in its own right. I read a piece about him years ago that talked about how he had difficulty relating to the cast and crew on his sets as there were so many veterans there, and he just couldn't share stories with them the way they could with one another.
Some of his movies are just bad though
Is that you John Wayne? Is this me?
I just never liked him. I found him always the worst part of the movies he was in. I may have only seen his worst movies. He was not too bad in the Longest Day.
He is usually the best part of his movies
