Dr Strange is top tier in Marvel but would be Mid-tier in DC.
Fate should be more powerful than Strange because Nabu is equivalent or greater than Agamotto.
Constantine is weaker because DC wants him weak... for more interesting stories.
Zatanna or Raven would be up there in the DC superhero magical power department.
