How would you deal with it ?

I actually upgraded from a 2002 gsxr 600 to a 2006 gsxr 750. The extra torque is a game changer because the bike will move no matter in which gear/rpm you're in, which is the flaws all 600cc share.
I'd be curious to try a 1000cc myself, though I think 750cc is still more than enough, unless I guess you ride like a maniac with a backseat

I’m going to get rid of my Speed Triple and switch to a dual sport. I ride at least 20mph over the speed limit and it’s going to get me in trouble.

The trick is to speed in areas you are very familiar and to speed on highways only at night. At least that's what I do..
