I want to watch it again some day while on acid

4 times

When I watch it I always stop watching before the very end. It’s more satisfying if it just ends in Carcosa.

I like to leave at least five full years between revisiting anything

3 times in full, a few times just pull up an episode to fall asleep to while being in comfy kino decaying america feels

Monthly. It's that good still.

twice

Haven't watched it. I don't think it has much replay value. That overdose of pseudo pop-philosophy/ psychology nonsense is just too off-putting. The real thrill is the action and those best goddamned tits in the universe.

Rewatched it like 2 or 3 times. I'd recommend also watching Sharp Objects, as it kinda has the same vibe and is a really good show, too.

i know you want believe me but its the only thing I watch. I have it on the background almost every day and i drift in and out
i use rustin as an inspiration and have my apartmnet like his

that sounds awful

All the time since I found out that Ed Tuttle built/designed Epstein's island

rewatch it every summer, tempted to move to Louisiana and become an alcoholic desu

Are seasons 2 and 3 worth watching?

people always misinterpret this part of the show, its supposed to be pseudo intellectual nonsense, the whole point of the ending is to show that rust has come around to the idea of there actually being some meaning to life when he describes his near death experience. he ends up completely contradicting his past beliefs

12 times
Not kidding

The ending kind of felt rushed. It didn't make sense for rust to completely change his world view.

It made sense. Also didn't completely change it.

3 times
still great

I live in Texas and am an alcoholic so it's very easy to LARP as Rust if I don't catch myself being autistic sometimes

Holy shit Ed Tuttle! Damn.

Checked and witnessed

No.

Yes

every 3 months

Checked. Also you're wrong

one rewatch i don't normally re-watch tv shows but i gave this a chance as its one season and kino.

Don't watch the S2 and S3 IMO, waste of time.

The one thing that annoys me about S1 is the part where he just starts shooting at the countryside for no reason , really weird,

Every few months
Not when I'm home alone though, because the bayou is fucking creepy

surely you're just baiting right?

I rewatched it once and realized it was nowhere near as good as I remembered.

Season 3 is really good, Season 2 however was a waste of time for the most time and should be skipped

Time is a flat circle

I have seen it 6 times. Season 2 i have seen 2 or 3 times. I haven't finished season 3 yet.

No. Who was he shooting at?

Saw S1 and S2, S2 was just a boring crime show until the end of E5, then it turned into a great crime movie the last 3 episodes.

What is S3 like, is it "muh evil white poeple", or is it just a normal show with a black actor?

Even though i am more on the Liberal site, i am just fed up with the same "fuck white people" stuff.
It get's tiresome being attacked all the time by movies and shows.

Was Season 2 really that bad? I loved season 1 and really enjoyed 3, was put off 2 by the reviews etc.
What's 2 like?
I enjoyed the strangeness of 1, the flooded plains, strange characters and the occult themes, it seemed like the location itself was a character. I thought 3 had a great story too, not as immersive but a good story with well written flawed characters I enjoyed trying to figure out.

>What's 2 like?

It has some stupid moments and the direction isn't as good as in season 1 but check it out for sure.

Just in case you're not baiting. As a police officer you can't just shoot a suspect in handcuffs, so they stage a scene to make it look like they were attacked first, what you hear them telling their superiors was the lie they came up with. But what we see was the real story.

>The one thing that annoys me about S1 is the part where he just starts shooting at the countryside for no reason , really weird,
>No. Who was he shooting at?
This has to be bait.

Once a year.
I recently gave my blu ray for my mother. She loves these shows.

what did she mean by thinking about the toothless girl

never seen it past the first scene

You just know... she's going to be a kino actress when she's older, very talented psycho.

They're both investigating her murder

I think she's on the remake of Little Women with Sersha, Worst Emma and Pugh

Yes, just don't expect season 1 quality, especially from season 3

>What is S3 like, is it "muh evil white poeple", or is it just a normal show with a black actor?
Normal show. Worst season though, nothing new.

How do you like your first week here? Be free to lurk around some more

It's good. Remember: it's written by the woman who wrote Gone Girl. The Entertainment Weekly writer, who believes women can be villainous. So, without spoiling it, that's what you can expect.
