I’ve never seen Titanic.
Why not? It was one of those big (pop) cultural things you can't miss
Rose.
She was screwing around with some random poor boy out of lust.

Pop culture? More like poop culture.
Why didn't she give it to her granddaughter or to charity instead of just throwing it away?
The movie becomes thrilling from the moment the ship hits the iceberg.
I Actually did stuck all boats for a day at the port because there was no internet, so everybody left. The day the stars shined different was my summum, I got stacked with the google proxy which was used all accross the United States, so basically left great part of that country without internet for a day and my deduction was that aliens manage the internet as a cloud for their possitions in the net, and I mean literally a cloud clocking their worlds or ships
Cal didn't seem that bad of a guy.
"Women and children first"
Why?
50% of violent crime by just 13% of the population? sounds pretty ridiculous
Rose was a gold digger
>Adolf Hitler? Now that is a man with the right idea, take that to the bank!
fag
Is Titanic the whitest movie ever made? Almost all of the Cast were white.
Cal did literally nothing wrong.
A poor man tried stealing his betrothed. What is a man supposed to do in that scenario?
mechanized cavalry used to bypass and encircle enemy forces? where do you get these insane ideas?
I wish
These days, let it happen and maybe even watch
trips of unfortunate truth
How big was the Titanic in comparison to cruise ships these days?
This is still the standard. I was on a cruise a few weeks ago, and they told us in the safety briefing that women and children have priority.
She was a selfish bitch from the start to the end, she was a very consistent character.
He also saved a child, far more than worthless Jack and Rose ever did.
Rose, and of course that bitch is the only one that survived
>actually printing what some prehistoric roastie thinks
Technically Cal survived, he just killed himself during the Depression.
JP Morgan
Tiny
So much for equality huh?
But not like ships can sink as easily these days
How is this not sexism and ageism?
It's pragmatic for kids to go first, but wymen don't need that privilege unless they're pregnant or under 30, that's just old-timey autism.
Men like officer murdoch & lightoller rarely exist anymore, the only reason so many women & kids got off the boat was because those men were able to keep the chaos semi controlled until almost the very end
today, an event like titanic would be every man for himself off the bat, meaning like 99% would die as the lifeboats would get swarmed
it was a different time
This
Those terms are only reserved for white men
>under 30
Should be the opposite as older women (and older men) would have a harder time swimming than a younger woman would.
To be fair most ships now would have a far better escape procedure, or at the very least more lifeboats.
the iceberg for being a huge incel jealous people were getting pussy on the ship and had to sink it
loads of men died because of this retarded shit.
i mean obviously the titanic today could just call up the californian on the phone which was 10-20 miles away
i mean more like men back then were tougher & had stricter morals, but these days with how things have changed, i don't think women deserve special treatment
men are generally bigger and tougher and less likely to drown. do you really need this to be explained?
Should've taken them to court for gender and age discrimination.
>Who was in the wrong?
Rose. She was going through her cliche slumming phase and fucked over EVERYONE.
>fucked over the film maker by throwing away the jewel
>fucked over her fiancee by not breaking it off immediately
>fucked over Jack by leading him on
>fucked over Jack by not staying on the lifeboat and thereby forcing Jack to let her float on the furniture
And the worst part? Her ultimate dream of heaven wasn't seeing her husband again or even her children or grandchildren. It was going back to Jack - the man she knew for a whole three days and ultimately killed - to continue her childish fling.
Blackpilled movie. Goddamn.
Why did the captain commit suicide? Was it his fault?
>captain murdoch
>commits murder
pottery
>And the worst part? Her ultimate dream of heaven wasn't seeing her husband again or even her children or grandchildren. It was going back to Jack - the man she knew for a whole three days and ultimately killed - to continue her childish fling.
Fucking this
>officer in charge of engine room dropping his tea
>come on, come on, turn
>helmsman's face as the wheel shakes
kinissimo
its only an ism if wh*tes and m*les benefit
>Irish
>white
Nice try, Eamon
>An episode of Arrested Development set on the Titanic
Jack for illegally stowing away and being a filthy refugee
>refugee is the same as immigrant
this is your brain on /pol/tard
It fucking sucked the way the movie shit on Murdoch. By most reliable accounts he was one of the heroes that night and went down with the ship trying to help passengers until his last moments.
The movie has him murdering a passenger out of cowardice before popping a bullet in his own head
Can't blame her. Jack looked like an angel during those three days.
That wasn't even close to /pol/posting
rent free
Do you think if she got on the lifeboat there would had been a chance that Jack survived?
small but more aesthetic
>Jack for illegally stowing away
He won his ticket from from those German guys, who turned out to actually be the luckiest sons of bitches in the world.
>a filthy refugee
Born in the US
Did you even watch movie
>heaven
that was a dream while she was still alive. Then she died and spent eternity burning in hell.
only the directors cut is canon
There was a few gun shots heard where Murdoch was & one of his lifeboats never got released, who knows though
Still Cameron did it for drama's sake & the scene works very well to create even more dread
Did any other /k/ommandos think it was weird that Rose’s fiancé, a Brit, had a M1911, an American semi-auto pistol, with him on ship when Titanic sunk in 1912, only a year after that gun was created?
Wasn’t lightoller the officer who kept launching boats only half full because he basically interpreted his orders as women and children ONLY?
Rose was a disgusting thot.
It works on a technical level but for the sake of preserving his memory, Cameron should have maybe used an unnamed or fictional officer for that scene
Light skin doesnt mean white
What makes this a “titanic” thread? Nothing out of the ordinary was posted, just the usual topic of a popular movie.
What about lord of the rings?
A tradition of captains of sea vessels is to “go down with the ship”, that is to stay on the sinking ship and die in the process. Retard I know, but nevertheless the tradition
this is actually contentious.
it wasn't completely clear to passengers that only women and children were to be taken onto the lifeboats, it could have meant to help your wife and children into the boat first or something.
The only Japanese passenger was forever disgraced in his home country for climbing aboard the lifeboat not realizing this.
>this is your brain on /pol/tard
>on /pol/tard
What did he mean by this?
Possibly, i think it was just because he didn't know they were tested with 70 men in belfast, something that only Andrews would have known & maybe told them too late, cameron might have got it right
The designer of the Titanic.
>Should be the opposite as older women (and older men) would have a harder time swimming than a younger woman would.
Young women are more valuable to society than old women.
>Jack for illegally stowing away
Fucking retard
