I've tried following /fit/'s advice before but I just end up with a huge ass. I just wanna lose weight.

I basically looked like this minus Brad Pitt's facial aesthetics back when I did cross country and ran 8 miles a day.

Be born with a 10/10 face, decent height and frame.
Exercise two-three times a week, more emphasis on the cardio than lifting.
Eat very little food with most of it being just protein.
Shave nearly all your body hair.

3: start lifting 2-3 times per week
4: low intensity cardio (walks, jogs, runs, swimming, cycling whatever)

Right off the bat you're doing it wrong. You're prone to injuries fast and not letting your body recover.

Diet is the most important, short of strongest man training no workout is going to outpace a shitty diet.

Cardio exercising and core workout will help with the dick route and vascular body you see here.

On top of all of that, dehydrate yourself. Body figures like the OP are not healthy, in addition to the working out and healthy diet actors do to be able to show a body like this, they literally dehydrate themselves as much as possible just prior to shooting. I think Fight Club itself had to have several of those takes just to keep Pitt on his feet since he was hurting so much from the dehydration.

A good example is to see how vascular MMA or boxers are during a weigh in, and then see them again either fight night or even a couple weeks post fight. They are much healthier as they aren't trying to slim pounds to make weight, actors in these roles do the same thing.
