Are they going stay true to the themes in the Netflix Narnia series?

No

if I had to guess, they're going to try to make it lord of the rings, which is to say theyll downplay the christian themes present in Narnia

is everyone going to be black?

Aslan will be a black panther.

Jesus lion will be gay

The polar bears will be black bears.

Yup.
The jews will black-wash the shit out of it AND add muslims, just because it was written by a Christian.

yes also Aslan is evil and Tash the god of all that is good and holy. "Narnia and the North!" will be the equivalent of "make america great again". Jadis is now a sympathetic character because women are incapable of doing anything wrong

So question for ya'll?
What if it's good?

>netflix
>good
>y'all

>Downplay
Try literally extinguish it entirely.

>netflix show for the general audience
>what if it's good

nah. Only more adult oriented series like Narcos are decent.

>everything else made by this company has been shit
>but what about this new one?
if its good then great. but lets not kid ourselves it likely wont be

>hardcore Christian analogy, where everyone is white and early 20th century English as fuck
Why even try, Netflix? Just adapt Skyrim or something.

narcos is pretty good.

I'll still shit on it and call it white genocide if /pol/ tells me to

They're already pandering to Yea Forums

so the series will follow narnia getting mutted by the Telmarines(turks/moors)

I cancelled my Netflix ages ago and so should you.

Just ignore anything Netflix makes and produces, even negative attention is still attention.

based and redpilled

What the fuck does it matter? Black people are God's children too.

yes
at least the themes the author REALLY meant when he published the book decades ago but couldn't say because racists/the church etc

FUCK CHRISTIANS
FUCK THE CHURCH
FUCK RELIGION
FUCK NARNIA

*tips fedora*

islamophobic as heck

Narnia was explictly made for it though.
If you strip off Christian allegory you're only left with semi-generic fantasy world building (for today, Narnia in underrated in its influence on what is now 'generic' fantasy).
