i'll believe it when i see it. seems pretty stupid to pair a franchise that just had an unsuccessful reboot like 6 years ago with a director who has one successful film. also doesn't say anything about a female lead, which again doesn't make much sense since the target audience is mostly male.

Ok.Remake was excellent. It delivered several good to decent scenes, along with an excellent one where he immediately figures out the bullshit, and reality sets in.

Bullshit on the scale of Chicago cannot persist without police encouragement, and so nothing as disproportionately powerful as Murphy could ever be allowed to exist.
