I've always like the simple episodes, in which they have to stay awake, remain blindfolded, or live in a van for days at a time, but, as I got to know the characters, the arm-wrestling episode quickly became my favourite (with the acting episode a close second).

It's hilarious how on the surface it seems like Spenny is the good guy in the show, the underdog that maintains his intergrity but as you watch more and more episodes then Spenny's whole persona unravels. He's nothing but a self-righteous miserable retard who heavily overestimates his intelligence, he completely loses his composure when things aren't going his way and literally acts like a teenage girl sometimes.
Kenny was never a dick to strangers or had public meltdowns because he's losing.
