That movie came out in 04, solid Millenial territory. Zoomers were either infants or not born yet.

96-7 is the Zoomer cut off

>t. 16 year old boomers

This is a solidly late Millennial kino. So is Spongebob and Avatar: The Last Airbender.

Why are Zoomers so eager to aproppriate our culture? You guys have Soi shit like Steven Universe.

Late 00s is the starter of zoomer culture. Kung Fu Panda, How to Train Your Dragon, and Adventure Time, for example.

Born in 97'. Most of my nostalgia comes from the early 00's

You're closer to late Millennial culture then the Zoomer culture of Fortnite and shit. You hardly qualify as a Zoomer at least when it comes to core Zoomer culture.

I wasn't watching shit like Shrek 2 when I was 14

>Shrek 2
>Shit
Confirmed pleb

If you don't remember a time where there were two Germanys, you're a zoomer.

thats retarded, you would have to be born in like 2008 to grow up with fortnite

People born around late 1996-mid 1997 spent the core years of their childhood in 2003-2007, so they would be able to relate to the early 90s guys who were also kids in 2003, while not quite being true millennials at the same time. Once you reach people born in years like 1999 do you start getting the zoomers who say stuff like "minecraft and icarly was my childhood"

If you were born in '98 or '99, you would be able to remember 2002-2005, which were still boomer years. I know people born in those years who grew up with all the old-school things their siblings did.

The true millennials were born in 1999, because that was the height of 90s before it became 00s and zoomers are those born in the early to mid 2000s to facilitate zoomer mindset because millennials know a lot about 90s zoomers don't zoomers know 00s not 90s 70d 80 j8

15 years ago Gen Xers used to consider 1999 to be firmly 2000s culture, not 90s culture

Attached: 12347876432.png (1306x1028, 573K)

Gen Xers know that 1999 is proto zoomer culture, meanwhile millennial culture finally ended in 2001 with 9/11. Now we live in a post millennial, zoomer world. 15 years from now they'll say 2010 culture starts in 2009 and ends in 2021 with the third world war. hypothetical future generations notwithstanding, they will be truly dark times

Go back to Yea Forums faggot

If that is zoomer then I don't want to be a boomer.

There's not a hard line on these things. A late millennial (born 1994) could've watched Shrek 2 when they were 10, and an early zoomer (born 1998) could've watched it when they were 6.

the 90s came to an end the year the sopranos last episode aired

96 here, can say the same. But I also grew up with a ton of 90s shit like toys and reruns because my country was a little behind the times.
Back in 2006 I would still rent VHS tapes.

>non-zoomers didn't grow up with this
I pity you, I really do

Attached: file.png (1200x500, 951K)

People used to say 90s culture ended in 1997. 98-99 culture like Britney, Woodstock 99, Blink 182, Sex & the City, Slipknot, American Pie, Linkin Park, Ozzfest, Toonami, That 70s Show, Creed, DVDs, Eminem, Napster and Believe by Cher used to be considered proto-2000s or strictly 2000s culture, and nothing like the previous 90s years.

But then people started saying 90s culture ended after 9/11, even though 2002-2003 culture used to be perceived as the exact same era as 98-01 culture despite being post-9/11. Then people said it ended in 2004. Now people are saying it ended in 2007.

Most of those are late millennial. Post something like Ben 10, Chowder, or Flapjack for zoomers.

Nah, born in '98 and I remember watching this movie as a kid

That's not zoomer at all, that cartoon is from 2003. Also I had the comics.

>The 90est era
Might not be wrong since that's usually the point where cultures start parodying and referencing themselves

if I watched it as a child its fucking zoomer okay?

Lol so 30 year olds are zoomers?

see
you are wrong

>Tries to prove Zoomers had a good childhood.
>Proceeds to post solidly late Millennial (1990 -1994 births) stuff.
You can't make this up folks. Zoomer, please come collect your Phineas and Ferb and Steven Universe from the front desk.

This show is one of the most disgustingly Zoomer nostalgia bait ever. Really baffles me to see Zoomers hold up this cringy tryhard shit as the pinnacle of comedy.

I feel sorry for them.

Attached: tenor.gif (294x270, 2.66M)

if you don't remember 9/11 you're a zoomer, thats the cutoff, no exceptions
>Proceeds to post solidly late Millennial (1990 -1994 births) stuff.
and yet all of these things were being aired during my childhood, born in 1999. Millenials on full cope as per

>millenials claiming everything

Attached: 1510212521613.png (600x580, 360K)

>millenials actually think that things that came out post-2000 is more their childhood than people born from 1997 onwards

This thread is proof that boomer/milenial/zoomer shit is nothing but arbitrary autism

You were like 5 when these shows came out. Maybe you saw these sometimes but the shows targeted at your age were stuff like Dora the Explorer.

Ninja Storm and Drake and Josh were for like 10 - 12 year olds. You know, late Millennials. Your shonen age cartoons were in started in 2007/2008/2009.

>You were like 5 when these shows came out.
so prime childhood yeah
>the shows targeted at your age were stuff like Dora the Explorer.
how low are the standards in america lmfao
>Ninja Storm and Drake and Josh were for like 10 - 12 year olds.
>10-12 year olds
OH NO NO NO NO NO NO

Attached: 1524692247086.gif (306x205, 2.97M)

>all that millennial shit that got rerun
Would you call El Chavo del Ocho a zoomer show if you had watched it as a kid?

So?

Fuck, since you're 1999 born, you "young boy" (10 - 12) stuff (compared to literal child) starts in 2009/2010/2011.

It's not about whether I watched it, its whether it aired. Everything I linked literally was on the telly when I was a child (fox kids, jetix, cartoon network, CITV, CBBC etc) stop coping

>Ninja Storm and Drake and Josh were for like 10 - 12 year olds.

Attached: 1492460408618.gif (202x360, 1.84M)

Zoomer culture started post-2005, not post-2000. Millennials born in 95 were in the prime of their childhood from 2000-2005.

>zoomers trying to steal millennial stuff so they look cool

lol

>Zoomer culture started post-2005, not post-2000
no, zoomers can claim everything from post-2000, millennials get stuff that started airing prior to 2000. Don't conflate zoomer dominance with zoomer exclusivity. It would be delusion to claim drake and josh and power rangers ninja storm were millennial television shows.

>Literal 5 year olds completely understood plots like Drakes gf cheating on him or jokes about Oprah.

>american children at the age of 5 are too stupid to understand dialogue
lmfao

>Delusional samefagging Zoomer as his world falls down around him.

Atleast you have Phineas and Ferb.

>Adventure Time
what is wrong with this one? if anything, the message that women would rather lez out than date a manlet is surprisingly blackpilled, and the lich subplot is straight up fantastic

If there was a dividing line between early zoomers and late zoomers I wouldn't even claim it considering I was 11 or 12 when it first aired and I had kind of grown out of it by that point. your childhood is mostly 0-7 and so everything listed above is rightful zoomer territory. At least you have MMPR and being able to remember 9/11

Attached: 61F9BBF4-65C7-4D2C-91C7-5029102F5B4B.jpg (1012x1480, 146K)

nope'd out of that movie because Scrappy was too scary before the reveal, rewatched it as a teen and realized how much of a pussy I was

I watched an easter egg video on this film and loved it even more. Remember watching it in the cinema with my mam and being terrified

It happened 29 years ago and babies don't remember shit. Apparently you should be pushing 40 to not be considered a zoomer.

>millenials desperate to be considered zoomers cause of how shit their own generation is

Don't mind me just posting actual kino

youtube.com/watch?v=pM70TROZQsI&t

I was 4 when Shrek 2 came out, and I remember going to see it. I also remember getting those cool ass Burger King tie in toys as well.

Late 2000s is Zoomer Culture. If you stayed up late to catch some Nip/Tuck Nips as a kid, or were hyped for Bayformers, you're a Millenial.

Bayformers came out when I was 12. Perfect timing. But it’s aged like milk and the sequels were ass.

>or were hyped for Bayformers
I watched it in the cinemas when I was 7 and was hyped for it, they're zoomer films dude

Same here. Both Spider-Man TAS and L O S T were part of the same childhood for me.

Next thing you'll tell me fucking Entourage is Zoomer. Go abck to your Steven Universe; leave our era alone, faggot.

>our era alone
then stop claiming films from fucking 2007 lmfao millennials really out here on some delusional shit

Bayformers is zoomer childhood

If you make posts like this, you're a retard.

If you weren't an adult when the iphone was realeased youre a zoomer.

>oh man im such a boomer i grew up watching youtube videos and playing minecraft lol, not like those zoomers watching twitch and playing fortnite!!11

>ninja storm
That show is from 2003, the last batch of millennials were born in 1996. Those millennials were like 7 years old back in 2003 and you say that ninja storm wasn't a millennial show?

me being 4-7 (the period in which ninja storm continued to air and rerun on telly) has more claim to the show than 1996 millenials (which had time force and wild force). sorry mate, I don't make the rules

Kek you wish

Spider Man TAS was originally a 90s kid show, although early 2000s kids (born 1994-97) would also be heavily nostalgic for it since the show was given a big push when the Raimi movies came out.

I was 16 back when the first iphone was released, does that make me a zoomer? Retard

>wah wah early 2000s is zoomer culture
No it isn't, you idiot

Attached: 1553306586383.jpg (1400x1039, 872K)

>making up "late millenial/gen y" just to claim the beginning of zoomer culture
lmfao

Imagine being this delusional

Delusional would be getting so invested in made up labels that you create a chart about it. Millennials don't exist. Zoomers don't exist. There is no difference between someone born in 1978 and 1982 and any other four period which supposedly marks the end and beginning of generations. No. Difference.

>implying Runescape ever died.

If the following was your childhood you are a zoomer:

Spongebob
iphones
Hannah Montana
High School Musical
Minecraft
Smosh

Nigga Spongebob started in 1999 and all of these things were like 2005 onward. After the Spongebob movie came out at that.

The words boomer, zoomer, and millennial have completely lost their meanings because of this site.

You literal retards, gen Z begins in 96, period. And the term "Zoomer" comes from Gen Z. There's no fucking debate to be had.

Jesus christ we used to shit on millennials here. We've now come to see millenials shitting on zoomers for not growing up with garbage they think was special

I'm literally 18 and I watched most of the shit in Late Millennial/Gen Y

I've only seen this movie once like 15 years ago but I fucking loved it and wanted the girl to be my gf

Attached: 1545545352958.jpg (1382x2048, 433K)

You should read the book. Neil Gaiman is based.

That's literally the cycle of life

You only saw reruns, doesn't count. You're part of the Bieber iCarly Web 2.0 generation.

True, 1995 was always the cutoff and anything later is revisionist bullshit

Attached: cbs 2004.jpg (865x598, 165K)

>No. Difference
>doesn't know what generation gap is

Please enlighten me on the massive generational gap between people who were 15 years old in 1997 and 19 years old in 1997

>zoomer
Shrek2 came out in 04 and appealed to the post 90s type of humor.

And that's a good thing

>Neil (((Gaiman))) is based
Yikes
