Why didn't he just use batarangs and smoke grenades?
Why didn't he just use batarangs and smoke grenades?
Why didn’t they just make a Man of Steel sequel and standalone Batman movie before rushing into the team up movies. Zack Snyder Batman movie might be cool
Nah it's not EXTREEEEEME enough for that cunt snyder
snyder is a fan of the 40th millenium his batman is basically an eversor assassin.
Why does he have the stock on his face
If batman is willing to kill then why is the Joker still alive in this universe?
suit too tight
This scene was the only good moment in the entire film.
blame WB
Because in Snyder's mature universe Batman was raped in prison
They just did the Dark Knight Returns/Knightfall story line in The Dark Knight Rises a year before MoS, so having another movie about Batman coming out of retirement would have been weird.
I want a full movie of this, batman going extra vigilante with guns and superman hunting him
It is symptomatic of how sick American culture has gotten in general. Our media these days really seems to enjoy promoting killing your opponent when once upon a time this would have been looked upon as abominable or at the very least a villainous act. The heroic ideal was generally about striving to be better than the villain, even when it wasn't particularly easy to do so.
It was about putting a premium on protecting life, seeking to redeem, and so on. Now, as viewers we're supposed to cheer the bloodshed as our "hero" becomes judge, jury, and executioner. Caring about your fellow man is now seen as socialist. Human life as a concept has diminished to near worthlessness in value. Some examples that come to mind in no particular order...
>Luke Skywalker going to kill Ben because he's having a bad dream.
>Superman snapping Zod's neck
>Batman suddenly being okay with killing people
>Optimus Prime executing an opponent that has yielded and is begging for his life
>Thor beheading a defeated and mostly powerless Thanos
>Jon Snow killing Dany while she is unarmed and her defenses are down while Jon is kissing her
Snyder wanted a movie about Batman with Joker as an advocate for gun control.
Why were they forced to do the coming out of retirement storyline
he was still batman he just went extreme in his methods. he was never retired
He obviously took inspiration from Raimi for that idea
Is he one handing a FG-42?
Why didn't he just shoot the guy instead of the tank which actually could have easily killed Martha Kent?
its an M-60
ok, I'm gundumb. That said, how the fuck could someone one hand the M-60?
hes batman
He did.
I would have loved to have seen more buff Affleck in an Arkham Asylum flick.
He was handsome as fuck in BvS.
