Even putting aside how much value you get from lottery picks long term in the NBA when you arent the Kings, and perhaps some of those teams getting lucky and signing other teams good players, there are likely a lot of players in the G league at this moment who could do really well given the opportunity in the league. You have to think about how many fraudulent stars we have these days, the league is set up in a way right now that produces "stars" everywhere. They would do well for themselves add 10 more teams. Like only 8 guys really play per team, way fewer spots to fill than baseball and football while basketball also gets played way more around the world. Scouts would need to be up some slack, hunt down more Embiid type niggas in Africa, but we would be good.
