How do you fuck up Superman and Batman that badly?

Good. Can't they take hint and see that no one gives a fuck about these shitty characters except for Batman, and even Batman is played out and over done.

give dc rights to marvel

Hire Zac Snyder.

I hate this. Give them to Image comics.

At this point that is their only hope.

Reminder earlier this year the litteral same "rumor" was said about Disney & Marvel Comics. You people are retards and take any media bait given around.

Me on the left

It's not fair bros

I can't say I didn't see this coming. I bet there's a really good novel to be made out of the behind the scenes shit that went down with the DCU.

No surprise. No one gives a shit about comics anymore. The entire medium basically exists as little more than IP farms and places for people to test out shitty TV and film scripts. I say good riddance, maybe someone will come a long in a few years and reinvent this dead format into something good.

Am I the only one who really wants an Image movie universe? I mean just for the epic lulz that would come from a youngblood movie.

>Aquaman made a billion
>Wonder woman also made a billion
>Everything pointing to Joker being a hit
>But let's keep circle jerking over BvS
YIKES AND OOFPILLED. You can just feel the desperation emanating through the screen from these marvelfags over a rumor.

stop shilling your dead ass site

I mean I have to feel like DC and Marvel are losing money by continuing to even make comics anymore.

>he forgot about Shazam and an embarrassing streaming service
Yikes!

Just gonna leave THIS here so people can feel even more retarded for not realizing this is a copy and paste rumor from early in the year.

Oh no no no
Bros...
>mfw you retards seriously eat this shit up.

Hire a retard who thinks that Superman is anything other than a personification of the American ideals of the early 20th century

Consider its budget and you'll see Shazam wasn't a flop.

honestly shazam should've been released at christmas and aquaman should've been pushed to february. It was a very comfy movie and it deserved some recognition

Shazam cost 100 million to make and another hundred million for marketing advertising and distribution.

Tom King and Brian “How many word bubbles can I fit into this page” Bendis.

It has been almost five years since I stopped reading DC Comics. Well. New ones. I have thousands and thousands of issues. I even bought some old issues of an old DC Kieth Giffen series the other day. The new stuff is so much crap.

They have not have any idea how to manage their company for ages. The New52 was a good idea, as a basic concept. It was executed horribly. They called their buddies, even some old 90s Marvel hacks, to create their reboot. Even some of the old editors from Marvel's bankruptcy mess got to redesign the DC reboot. Insane.

My concern is how this affects comic shops. Can they survive with just DC back issues and trades? Maybe DC will some limited new series. They should have done this years ago instead of flooding the market with so much junk.

Plus smaller publishers. Will people turn to to them? Will they be able to survive in a market with no DC? Even if DC had dropped to like under 30%, what will the new market look like?

i dont even read capeshit these days but the future is bleak when we will get only regurgitated shit from now on
