Jacob Young
For years I thought I imagined it
Lucas Mitchell
Daniel Rogers
I always thought he was one of james bonds many kids. I guess the show wanted to paint over that by occasionally telling us james was his uncle. I don't think James had any brothers or sisters though so more likely he was the illegit son of james in my mind at least.
Luke Price
Parker Jones
Fuck yes, 90s kids ftw.

there was a cartoon about two guys on an island, i remember them looking like cavemen or something, saw it around 97/98 cant remember what it was called though
Austin Hughes
Nathaniel Miller
Can you guys help me remember the name of an old animated movie? Had to have been from the mid 90's.
All I remember from the plot is that the protagonist was a kid who was part monster and ended up saving a girl from aliens who were disguised as humans and kidnapped children. One of the aliens was wearing the skin of an old guy who wore a yellow suit and walked with a cane. There was a horrifying scene where he burst out of the skin which fucked me up as a kid. The animation style/sound design reminds me of dragonball but could be remembering wrong.
Jaxon Edwards
Jonathan Hernandez
Anyone else?

Liam Martin
this was pretty good as well youtube.com
Kevin Hall
Cory looks painfully jewish
Nathan Sanchez
Is the actual show as kino as the intro?
Jaxon Rodriguez
I know I sound like a boomer but action figures used to be so great. Do boys even play with them anymore? Or are they too busy chopping their dicks off and taking SSRIs?
Isaiah Johnson
Funny you say that because he inexplicably began acting like an old Jewish man in the later seasons despite it never once being a character trait previously. The college years seasons were kind of shitty.
Adrian Cox
>Far better than Goosebumps and Are You Afraid of the Dark?
Maybe for braindead underage idiots. Nightmare Room was the only good follow up to Goosebumps that Stein did.
Anthony Adams
Nah it wasn't as cheerful and bubbly, they used laser guns and such. More action oriented. Different artstyle too.
Jack Stewart
Widget?
Nathaniel Bell
i have a couple nephews and no they dont play with action figures, mostly nerf guns and toy cars or trucks.
Jaxson Turner
Hannah is that you?
Carson Nelson
kino, Niggalodeon was aight
Henry Long
You say that but most action figures from back then sucked. I would’ve killed for the modern day stuff kids have now with a million points of articulation.
Jeremiah Gutierrez
There's this one thing I remember watching on TV when I was much younger, it was a documentary on nightmares or something. It was all live action, technically, and represented a child's dream. (This must have been like 20 or so years ago, too). Then it started showing the "nightmare" sequences, and had the wrist belted to the bed, and then a puncture mark from a needle. That's when my parents turned it off, I think, but it was so weird and disturbing that I've never talked about it for years.
Jason Thompson
Yeah, was the sidekick a head with a brain you can see and two floating hands?
Luis Gonzalez
forgot about this one, weird concept
Jacob Bell
Action figures are too expensive these days. Those Marvel Legends figures cost around $20 each. So, I'm sure a lot of kids don't buy action figures and op to just play with their fucking phones or a video game. Or just watch Pewdiepie (shutters).
Joshua Phillips
Robot Jones' problem was that around the second season where they changed voice actors and redubbed the first season with an actual human actor instead of the original "MacinTalk" voice.
Cameron Butler
Now this takes me back to 1994-5?
Aiden Hughes
No way. Haunting Hour has several excellent episodes. The writing, acting and production quality is leagues better than previous Canadian produced kids horror anthology series.
Colton Lopez
>You say that but most action figures from back then sucked.
Pfff. They didn't suck at all if you had an imagination.
Matthew Richardson
I remember this because he's the star of that Disney kino "Hoecus Poke-us"
Jason Martin
I've never actually watched an episode of this but for some reason the commercials for it stuck in my head. Have any of you seen it and was it any good?
Carter Bell
I had digitally shot shit from the late 2000s it all looks like garbage to me. I didn't care for the show at all.
Ryan Taylor
it's probably adult men buying them now.
Anthony Wood
Fair but can we agree that the figures that had switches on the back to make their arms swing or whatever objectively sucked?
Camden Morales
It was on UPN, and that's really all I remember. I don't think it was any good, but I don't remember much of it.
Hunter Wood
i didn't realize it was the same guy, cool
Levi Foster
I had a VHS as a kid of a cartoon and the MC was supposed to be the Easter Bunny (I think). I can't remember if it was supposed to be a series of it was just one short film or something.
All I can remember about it is that I think the Easter Bunny MC had some kind of high tech car with contraptions in it.
Jonathan Morales
hivemind
Elijah Thompson
Those did suck most of the times, especially if the arm was fixed in a certain way. Like a spring inside or something that prevented movement.
Owen Johnson
Ethan Cooper
hmm this sounds familiar
Caleb Allen
Blake Allen
Nope. Main character was human. I'm starting to think it was a dream I had when I was a kid that mixed up a lot of different stuff together.
Oliver Bennett
Way back when in the late 1990's/early 2000's there used to be this cartoon that came on before Pokemon on the old WB channel, it was a bunch of cartoon cats/dogs interacting - can never remember the name
Justin Jones
Oldfag checking in.
Camden Morales
Any Britfags remember this reality show? It's from 2004 and it was kind of like Big Brother except the contestants had to stay awake for 7 days straight. It was more like an experiment into sleep deprivation than a reality show but it was filmed very much like Big Brother and there was tasks and daily eliminations and shit.
Isaiah Martin
Joseph Nelson
>he inexplicably began acting like an old Jewish man in the later seasons despite it never once being a character trait previously
kek, i remember that now
Eli Ortiz
Now I remember. No, you didn't dream it because it was this.
Carter Roberts
My parents deliberately avoided buying toys with moving parts or electronics because they knew those would just end up broken. The only toys I had with any substantial mechanisms was Lego and that's because when you break Lego you can always put them back together.
Luis Clark
Shit I guess I was too young and dumb to notice that. That's pretty gay they pulled that.
Matthew Johnson
Liam Cooper
I didn't think this show was that obscure but come to think of it, I've never seen it posted in the whole time I've browsed Yea Forums.
Jordan Wood
BEEEEAKMAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN!
Beat me to that one but I have never met someone IRL that knew about Tripping the Rift or The Tick.
Carson Young
holy fuck, that's it! Thanks, user, I thought I was going insane.
Kayden Roberts
My dad made me watch this show with him he fucking loved it. In retrospect he was probably just really high. He still mentions it from time to time.
Christopher Harris
Christina Cox gave me boner
Alexander Flores
Josiah Young
Carter Baker
daww
Cameron Richardson
I remember The Tick, but I only watched the first or second episode when it aired.
Henry Scott
this is like the 4th show posted here that i had completely forgotten about as soon as it went off the air. i just get this sense that i saw it but cant remember anything at all about it. weird feeling
Samuel Phillips
There was a TV Movie that I seem to be the only one that ever remembers. Though I can't remember the name.
It was about these two aliens in a tiny space ship that took over a guys brain to help him out. I don't remember much except the aliens was male and female and the female projected herself as a hologram to go on a date with him. I honestly wish I could remember the name I can never find it.
Eli Collins
Is this worth a watch? I've heard people refer to it as sort of a forgotten classic.
Jaxson Rogers
Daily reminder McKenzie Phillips had a tumultuous affair with her dad starting at the age of 19.
Noah Stewart
It's pretty great to watch high.
Anthony Phillips
One of multiple failed series that Fox tried to pair with the X-Files in the early days but I thought it was kind of cool.
Jacob Gutierrez
this actually looks kinda cool, oh shit robert heinlein? gonna definitely check this out
Jaxson Ross
It was okay.
Isaac Bailey
It's pretty interesting. Probably won't hold up with modern audiences, I don't know though.
Nathan Carter
Fox had so many cancelled and forgotten shows over the years.
Nathan Lopez
>She said that at the age of 19, on the night before her first wedding in 1979, "I woke up that night from a blackout to find myself having sex with my own father", and that when she confronted her father months later,[11] asking why he had raped her, her father simply replied, "Raped you? Don't you mean we made love?"
oh jeez
Leo Reyes
Apart from Chris Chan, I think I might be the only other person to have watched this.
Austin Anderson
All I remember about it is that it was a bit more mature themed and edgy than most of the other shows on Nickelodeon at the time. I don't know if it was aired on Nickelodeon in the States but here in the UK it was. I seem to remember there was an episode where he gets caught masturbating by his mother. Also, his love interest is really hot. Can't believe it went off the air almost 20 years ago. I feel so fucking old.
Lincoln Sullivan
Levi Thomas
Pretty quite a few people have seen that because of CWC, some of the people cyber stalking him are extremely obsessed and will watch anything even remotely connected to him.
Levi Fisher
Any Britfags awake or is it just me? Any of you remember 'Flipside TV'?
Wyatt Jackson
This was the patrician children's puppet show. The Halloween episode scared the shit out of me as a kid.
Oliver Harris
Dash Swordslash and the Defenders of Everything
Landon Watson
Anybody remember this drug trip?
Dominic Martin
Lucas Barnes
Leftist king of the hill.
Connor Cook
Adrian Ortiz
R.L. Stein created Eureek's Castle.
Bentley Hill
Pffft. Amateur.
Jayden Adams
INHUMANOOOOIDS!
Robert Phillips
This show was a missed opportunity. Why don't liberals like to laugh at themselves?
Easton Johnson
Was a surprisingly violent show for an 80s kids cartoon
Matthew Baker
The show sucked and I'm glad it was cancelled. It tried so hard being Bizarro-KOTH that it forgot to make fun characters.
Lucas Scott
Beast Wars and Reboot are the most remembered 90s CG cartoons but Shadow Raiders (or War Planets in some markets) was my shit. A cool premise and pretty serious for a kids show.
Leo Bell
Sky did a Sinbad show a few years back. Only ran for a season, wasn't really very good.
Ian Green
Nice pick there, normie. Make room for some superior Krofft kino.
Jace Bell
And I also remember a Hercules/Xena type Sinbad show from Canada, Adventures of Sinbad
Nolan Powell
i cant tell if that is a little girl or a really short lady
Hunter Davis
It was a really tiny lady, she was cute
Grayson Ortiz
Holy fuck thank you for posting this. I had seen one episode of this a LOONG time ago in french and had no idea what it was called. I remembered the animation being distinct, like computer generated, and the theme music. Drove me nuts trying to find it. It's like it doesn't exist.
Isaiah Reed
do you remember beastmaster?
Ethan Reed
I looked up cubix yesterday, after not thinking of it for at least 15 years
Christian Howard
I do not. I'm surprised I even saw the Sinbad show, I'm not from anywhere near Canada
James James
Evan Kelly
What was that French(?) cartoon about a vampire called? The episodes were really short and always ended with the vampire waking up in his coffin, as if the episode's events had just been a dream.
Camden Fisher
Creepy Crawlers. For many years the only thing I could recall from this show was the scene transitions which was like a green goo splatting on the screen, I couldn't recall anything else including the name. Finally found it in a previous thread like this.
Mason Collins
Can anyone help me think of this? :( -->
Matthew Butler
was it road rovers?
Gabriel Cox
I felt it was too grounded. You've got stuff like dexter, ppg, ed edd and eddy and courage to name a few, where a ton of exciting stuff happens every episode. Mike Lu and Og was comparable to the flintstones in how bland the episodes were.
Ryder Martinez
Attempt to ape off the success of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
James Campbell
Littlest Pet Shop?
Camden Rogers
because they'd be laughing at their ideology and that's forbidden
Isaac Walker
Watched all of these growing up, remember most fondly but Boy Meets World was one of those shows that gave me a kid headache every time it was on
Benjamin Sanchez
still pretty cool
Alexander Brooks
Those toys were cool because you could create their armor and accessories with the Creepy Crawler maker.
Jeremiah Rodriguez
good show
Daniel Wilson
was there another show that was similar to big wolf on campus that was on around the same time? i feel like there was but maybe i'm just making things up in my head
Aiden Robinson
Yeah but then they banged for years after. That Shelley long lookin bitch wasn't going to do no better
Hudson Sanchez
Amazing Canadian show that never had a final episode that I can remember. Aired on Sci-Fi channel in the mid 90s at one point.
Joseph Rogers
Based.
This movie is actually fucking kino.
Wyatt Baker
It was. There were other TMNT imitators like Cowboys of Moo Mesa and Samurai Pizza Cats (although the latter was Japanese, it was clearly only optioned for the US because of TMNT).
Jackson Collins
Dylan Flores
Season 1 was great but it was all downhill after that.
Thomas Hernandez
I agree to an extent, but I still liked the later seasons.
Asher Allen
Biker Mice was good.
Ethan Powell
used to watch this with my sister, maybe early 2000s. it aired on the starz encore channel for kids called Wam!
it was pretty awesome back then, but i tried rewatching it with my gf a few years back and it was pretty bad kek. might give it another shot
Dominic Rogers
Daniel Williams
I always associated it with Buffy, *shrug*
Also am I the only one that was mildly upset when the Fox Family channel became the ABC Family channel out of nowhere and some of the dope cartoons went away?
Brayden Baker
street sharks
Jacob Gray
Don't forget the obvious, Battletoads and Street Sharks.
Landon Cox
nope, not those but thanks for trying
Henry Roberts
You guys remember this one?
Nathan Brooks
This movie is actually kino, they used to have the unedited race on YouTube but now I can only find a music video of set to like mitch murder or some 80's nusynth wave
William Martin
Was pretty cheap if I remember
Luke Reed
Fox Family was great. Hated when ABC took over. Fox Family used to air some many great 80s cartoons, Goosebumps and other great game shows in the 90s. Then it all went away. Before Fox Family it was the Family Channel, which was even better to a degree, they played the Super Mario Super Show and others.
Nicholas Bell
I remember it, but I didn't watch many episodes when it aired.
Jonathan Miller
Mysterious Island, a Canadian show based on the Verne novel. It was only one season but I believe it ended with an adequate conclusion, but I never saw it back then.
It had a more villainous Nemo than the book, he'd hide out in his underground lair fucking with the main cast with traps and stuff.
Blake Myers
Yeah, you can definitely throw all of those in there as well. Somehow I completely missed Biker Mice from Mars as a kid.
Leo Anderson
i somehow completely missed this and never even heard of it until i started browsing Yea Forums
Carson Garcia
The theme song was fucking awesome.
youtube.com
Camden Hill
It was decent as far as DIC cartoons go.
Parker Green
yeah, i only caught it a couple times though. Gargoyles was the shit though
Kayden Walker
I actually really liked it and watched most of the episodes until one day it was cancelled. I was kind of pissed because I liked the punk girl.
Camden Williams
I liked that one. Dunno if it holds up.
Gabriel Reyes
Gargoyles and the Disney Afternoon were some of the last really good cartoon things Disney were doing in the mid 90s.
Andrew Hall
Actually now that I think about it, this reminds me now of LOST It pretty much has the same premise just with a more human antagonist. Group of survivors crash on a strange island with mysterious goings on and something out to get them.
Asher Gomez
For some ungodly reason, Cartoon Network aired this on Sunday nights at 9:30 back in like 2005(06?).
Adrian Wright
Theme was scary as hell. The Shat was also a great host.
Thomas Barnes
Anybody else remember this? I have only vague memories of watching it but I had the toys. It was a Power Rangers knockoff but, for me, the designs were actually better .
Isaiah Barnes
Yeah, it was right alongside things like Big Beetle Borgs. It was like Power Rangers meets knights.
Brandon Myers
I think my family was still using an antenna when it was The Family Channel, but I do remember all the best shit happening on WB, Cartoon Network, and Fox Family. Coincidentally, it looks like Disney bought and turned it into ABC family just before 9/11, which further proves how shitty that event made the country
Also who else Mortal Kombat cartoon
Gavin Ross
I think I saw one episode. Don't remember it much other than it wasn't very accurate to the actual Tir na nÓg legend, which was in my schoolbooks.
Isaac Rodriguez
Jason Robinson
I remember it, but never really liked it. It reminds me that kids today are probably getting no cartoons with attractive female characters though. Only gross tumblr lumps for everyone.
Jace Cooper
This was a great show I miss it
Justin Richardson
Tattooed Teenage Alien Fighters from Beverly Hills.
Yet another Power Rangers knockoff, but extremely low budget even by PR standards. Even back as a I kid I thought it was shit, but hilariously bad so I watched it.
Nicholas Reyes
based dd poster
Logan Morgan
VR Troopers too. I actually had a toy of the guy on the left. I don't recall the name.
Brody Miller
I remember the Mortal Kombat cartoon being part of the USA Action Extreme Team. Classic.
youtube.com
Lucas Long
JAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMES BOND! JAMES BOND JR
Brayden Walker
i didnt see it but it definitely would have been something i was into if i had
Carter Bennett
Masked Rider was another one. It had one of the Lawrence brothers in it if I remember correctly.
Camden Gomez
Nolan Morgan
Yo what the fuck. I had never heard of this shit til yesterday, and here I see it again today. Noah?
Leo Powell
What was the name of that sitcom about a guy going back in time to his teenage self in the 80s and he plagiarises Smells Like Teen Spirit in one episode.
Ethan Flores
Beetle Borgs was pretty shameless as a rip-off. If you didn't know, you could probably be tricked into thinking the designs were just some really strange Power Rangers season.
I confess to being completely ignorant of the actual legend until I read your post. I just thought it was a funny name from childhood through about 10 seconds ago. Kinda interesting that the lore was actually based on something, even if it wasn't faithful or well executed.
Connor Sullivan
how about the Mortal Kombat live action show? I held a grudge against it for some time because a season of Stargate SG1 ended on a cliffhanger and was replaced in its timeslot by this Mortal Kombat show, and because I was like 7 and didn't understand seasons of TV, I thought it had supplanted it somehow and was annoyed.
But I ended up watching it. It was fairly terrible.
Julian Sanchez
that's just creepy
Mason Baker
I'm about 90% sure he's the direct inspiration for JTHM.
Jace White
Wasn't this just a pilot? I remember watching it. It was pretty good.
Isaac Rogers
Masked Rider was a little different cos it was Saban that bought it and so it actually had a crossover with Power Rangers as its pilot. But it didn't take off like PR did so no more Kamen Rider US adaptations.
Jaxon Carter
I had the toys for these. They were pretty decent
Julian Martinez
Legitimately good.
Aiden Clark
The live action version is like a fever dream for me at this point. I knew it existed and I watched it but it's like from another dimension at this point.
Logan Nguyen
I saw this and the fuckin theme song went off in my head. I looked it up and I was spot on. WTF why man why
Chase Phillips
I always mention it in these threads because just remembering the show makes me laugh.
Juan Rodriguez
Holy shit this brings me back. I toured one of the sets for this show as a kid on a family vacation to Disney World.
Jace Ross
Yeah think that was all that was ever produced. The tie-in comic with the nes game is responsible for more than a few kids getting into comic art.
Chase James
youtube.com
This show is bonkers, but I don't remember watching it when it aired. I think I remember it seeing it available to rent at the video store in the 90s though.
Dylan Cooper
Saban got shit on by Ishinomori the creator of Kamen Rider for having created such a shit ass series.
We did get one more Kamen Rider American adaptation and it wasn't so bad until the god awful ending. Look up Kamen Rider Dragon Knight
Carson Myers
It still hurts to this day. KR is so much better than Sentai. Fuck Saban the cheap asshole.
Gabriel Ward
As an Irish boy we had all the old legends in our schoolbooks so it was bizarre to see one used as a TV show.
Like using Queen Maeve as the villain, she's a major figure in Irish mythology. Frankly it's a vastly underutilized mythology, they should mine it for a show or film.
Aiden Russell
>insert low tier mid 90s show that played every day year+.
>omygosh no one watched this because the average 2019 Yea Forums goer wasn't born yet.
Ryder Cooper
problem?
William Powell
If I remember, its one season ended on a grim cliffhanger where pretty much everyone died and Shang Tsung won, but then it got cancelled so that was your ending.
Jeremiah Ward
(you)
Aaron Lee
There was also pic related
Jackson Reed
this is amazing, their tattoos are just shitty little lights
James Adams
Christian Ross
I remember their car flew by opening its doors. That was certainly a thing.
Ryder Campbell
Used to watch this shit on USA when Power Rangers were just showing reruns over and over. Knew it was crap but still watched.
Ian Green
Jacob Turner
>Frankly it's a vastly underutilized mythology, they should mine it for a show or film.
Netflix here. How many blacks can we put in it?
Jonathan James
oh my fucking god
Alexander Martinez
There was an alien invasion type show on in the late 90s but I can't recall its name or really anything about the plot. I'm not actually sure if I saw it or just saw trailers and saw it in TV magazines. I just recall it featuring slime or fungus a lot, like humans would be trapped in it by the aliens. Not a lot to go on.
Ayden Mitchell
Samuel Johnson
None, we are a pasty bunch.
Jaxson Price
>As an Irish boy we had all the old legends in our schoolbooks so it was bizarre to see one used as a TV show.
I can't really imagine what it would be like to draw cultural from such a rich folklore. The US has Sleepy Hollow, Paul Bunyan, Pecos Bill, and a few others, but most of those aren't really kept alive very well anymore. I think that's a great idea to have those stories emphasized in textbooks.
Xavier Richardson
Looks like a fever dream
William King
That's pretty racist of you.
Gabriel Kelly
just read the bible mythology in school bro. No reason to be country specific. Start with the stories featuring giants.
Carter Williams
Well hey, I'm pretty racist.
Daniel Sanders
Wasn't just Irish of course, we had Greek and other myths in our textbook, but the biggest sections were on Irish/Celtic heroes and legends. Some crazy shit in there.
Angel White
Do you have any stories about a giant that is challenged by another foreign giant to a duel, and wins by disguising himself as a baby, and the other giant arrives to see this display, thinks it must be the baby of the giant he wants to fight, and if his baby is that big, his father must be as tall as the sky, and so shits himself and flees in terror, smashing a land bridge in the process? We got that.
Benjamin Morris
Pirates of Dark Water, I adored this show as a kid. It was this cool pirate cartoon set in a fantasy universe with monsters and swordfights, it had a great art style and it got cancelled after one season.
Hudson Diaz
Holy crap now this is one I completely forgot about and never see posted
Cooper Foster
Sounds like you need some TV shows to show the more realistic, more diverse version of your folklore and history.
Noah Williams
Good setting but they did fuck all with it story-wise. And that fucking monkey bird was conceived in some back office hell.
Bentley Wood
I'm not that user I just wanted to be witty ( ._.).
Hunter Martinez
Ok. We can have some black and brown hair mixed with some red.
Matthew Lee
>forgot to make fun characters.
I think the problem with the Goode Family is that the modern left are so sanctimonious that its impossible for them to find humor in themselves and in Judge's case it makes it really hard to do what he did in KOTH and poke fun at the characters but still make them likable at the same time. The innate smugness and self satisfaction that the modern left feel for being on the "right side of history" make them very hard to feel sympathetic towards in the same way that its hard to feel sympathetic towards a sanctimonious religious conservative because on some level you know that they think they're better than everyone else who doesn't follow their ideology.
Liam Howard
I haven't seen it since it was on the air in like 95, so I can't really comment on whether the story was worth a damn. I just remember the setting was great and a had a ton of potential.
Brandon Powell
It had potential but it just floundered and I swear every single episode was just them narrowly escaping the bad guys with no real inkling on what the fuck was going on.
Mighty Max however *cracks open a can* *sips* now that was the goat.
Thomas Thompson
day old doughnuts
Cameron Williams
I remember it being good. I had a toy of Captain Hook from this show, very different from the Disney version.
Justin White
i absolutely remember it. luigi there is a fuckin hack.
comfy as fuck
here's one for you kids.
youtube.com
this shit was heavy
Ayden Rogers
> Waking up at 7 just to catch this.
Christian Nguyen
Ok I'm sure I'm not the only one who recalls it but I did love this show
Levi Adams
In retrospect David Cross could've probably sued.
Brody Hall
John Watson
What do i win?
Blake Jones
