10 to 12 years. By then they'll have put out phases 5-7 and literally every worthwhile property will have had a trilogy and every worthwhile hero and villain will have been used. Then they'll probably take a break for, if we're lucky, 5-7 years before rebooting with a new MCU.

I seriously doubt they would ever end the comics. As the public constantly refers to them to validate whatever is showing in the movies.
If they do asspulls in the movies people will get upset. But if it has been in the comics, then it's fine. It's also basically marketing material that the public can speculate about. And you can test stories.
