I can't understand why the Kryptonians didn't just Terraform Mars and employ/enslave humans as labor. Also it would have made far more sense to just have sex to reproduce instead of assuming that they needed the codex to continue to exist.

Also it's really fucked up and out of character for Superman to be completely fine with killing every surviving Kryptonian instead of himself.

It was ok. BvS ultimate cut was capekino and Is miles fucking better than every fucking acclaimed marvel quipfest. Ww Is the best female superhero movie. Aquaman Is marvelesque, but goes way beyond with goofy stuff and works better as an overall dumb shitshow. Justice leauge was just plain shitty, should've went with snyder cut and made it in the spirit of BvS.

Krypton was obsessed eugenics. They grew their species to fit their rigid caste system. They could grow perfect members of their species.

And the Kryptonians were violent war criminals literally bred to kill. Superman's a Kryptonian but he's also an Earthling. He knew Zod would have fucked up Earth regardless of turning himself in. It didn't matter. There was never going to be solace between them, only violence, and the needs of the many, etc. etc. He clearly wasn't happy about it but he saved a whole planet of innocent people.

For all of the church scene & cross pose in space. That is less then 2 minutes out of a 140 minute movie, it's utterly beyond irrelevant.

Dark Knight Returns isn't canon. He was fine getting nuked in Kingdom Come, another elseworlds story. Although admittedly, he didn't take it head-on and it completely fucked Captain Marvel.
