This afternoon we witnessed Mark "Willo" Williams destroy his chunky adopted son Jackson Page, just as he said he would. That match resumes tomorrow. We also saw the Thai sensation Noppon Saengkham coast past Luca "snooker must cater to Zoomies" Brecel. Last night, Ding gracefully bowed out against Kyren "the Worrier" Wilson, but it's OK because next year really is his year. :*) There's just one match of Round 1 to resolve - tonight we will see once and for all which is better on the baize: a Juddernaut or a Hossein Train.
All the Crucible action is available to watch on the BBC (either on TV, red button or online), Eurosport or a dodgy internet stream. >bbc.co.uk/sport/snooker

>Robbo #1 soon >Selby needs some wins next season >Likewise Bingz >Zhao and Brecel (along with Yan, Hoss and Mork) are on easy street with very few points coming off next year >Walnut, Gilbo, Robbo (Jimmy) could fly up the rankings if they have good seasons >Morph is fucked

How do they decide when players have equal amounts? Hoss and McThrill have the same totals but McThrill is above Hoss.

While we're doing rankings I came up with a better way of generating rankings using my machine learning model the other day. First number is average win probability vs the rest of the tour in a best of 11, right hand numbers are official WST rank and difference between my rank and theirs.
As you can see science still rates Ding 9th best in the world.
>As Edith Piaf famously once sang "je ne regrette rien" but surely for Mark Allen it's a case of "je regrette Reanne". Sorry everyone, just thought of it
The following prize money will NOT count towards the world ranking list for the 2020/21 season: >Prize money won at invitational events such as the Masters, Shanghai Masters or Champion of Champions.>Prize money earned from high break prizes or maximum break prizes. >First round losers at the Shoot Out and each of the three Cazoo Series events (they will still receive prize money). >Seeded losers at tournaments such as the World Championship (they will still receive prize money). >Money received as payment for a rig.

Was at the barber and now I'm having my first beer of the day to properly settle. I'm dead tired from staying up for >Dong yesterday so I'll probably fall asleep early tonight and not manage to watch Hossein win. >ss (2022-04-21 at 05.50.21).png lol, was wondering why your post was gone. Bravo, Yea Forums mod!
Nerds tell me what's going on. I haven't watched anything. I am going to watch whatever is on eurosport today.

>What's up, Desi? >I been keeping my eye on your movement >I can't see no room for improvement >Why you all over there with Jak Jones? >You need to let me get behind your backbone. youtube.com/watch?v=GibLntdLiJA
He really nailed the charisma Caesar had along with his arrogance/hubris. Shame about the second season, but I felt they tied everything up nicely. Octavian is definitely the weakest part of it though.

Both of those are great too. Good taste!

I'm actually only on S03 of The Wire at the moment too. I'll have to crack on with that.
