Hes definitely overhyped. Not overrated though. Sancho was outscoring everyone in the Bundes for 2 years. Literally more scorer points than Gnabry/Coman combined. Then the rest is history. Obviously hed be playing better in a team that doesnt bench him and has a new manager every 6 months, but the point is that if Sancho has problems after consistently delivering for years, then Nkunku is simply a massive gamble.
While i dont think Nkunku would "flop", hes definitely not worth whatever the current asking price is and he would not have an immediate impact.
