They actually announced a sequel to this, I bet it would have had one by now if Ben Affleck's life hadn't fallen apart. I don't know what he's even up to now.

At this rate it'll probably be years before they get back to whatever Batman story is meant to follow Justice League, they seem to be going in a prequel direction which is why they cast Pattinson. And then this Joker thing is part of a new thing called "DC Black" which is a completely separate canon from the DCEU so even if Batman shows up in that it won't be him and it might not be Pattinson either.

Sorry, but no. Either way his movies are planned as a trilogy, so even if Affleck intends to return to the role it's not going to be for a long time. Which is probably for the best, he'd need to spend some years getting in shape before he's ready to play Batman again. Let Pattinson do it, he's a better actor anyway.
